That's one of the many problems with customising your character on an MMO no-one plays.
Weird. Neat, but weird.
Okay, that's really, really cool.
MIRKwood, not MILKwood. Illiteracy strikes the internet again, I see.
I'm amazed. That's actually cheaper than most *regular* games.
Ooooooh. Having four-man teams or something, maybe? I mean if I'm reading that right then the modes will be focused on the squads, so... maybe having six squads running around, each as their own teams?
Excited!
Yeah, I'm with Geralt. It was a nightmare when I first used it for Orange Box, but they've iterated on it a lot since then and it's now quick and useful - once you've got past the initial setup. I can imagine it's a pain if you need to forward ports and so on.
Oooo. Really, really pretty.
Is it sleazy? Really? I can see his point but I still think he's making a big fuss out of absolutely nothing.
Why oh why am I not surprised?
Ooooh. Tantalising. There are so many possibilities for multiplayer in Assassin's Creed, there really are...
Wouldn't surprise me. I'd be kind of amazed to see an HD Wii, I admit, but whatever they do next will pretty much have to support HD considering the way the mainstream are picking up on the tech.
And yet the social interaction is still an aspect of the game, and the game itself tends to make it both desirable and interesting.
Which is a good thing for someone in that position to have. It'd be all too easy for him to go on a Games-Are-Evil crusade and get loads of publicity, but the balanced aspect actually makes people consider what he's saying.
Hurray for responsible people!
Wow. That was actually surprisingly balanced.
I'm glad Smith points out that there's the risk of games being demonised, but as with anything, people can take games to extremes. It's an interesting set of thoughts, but yeah, there needs to be more research.
The repetition was about the only thing I had against Assassin's Creed, but I hated that so much it really brought the game down for me. This sounds like they've taken all the criticism on board, thankfully.
I want this so much. Although I'm sure a lot of people will write it off because it's a Wii title, I really, really, really hope this does well.
I can relate to this more than you know. Although I still haven't had a chance to kill the Horseman in WoW :(
Not a surprise, but it's good to have it announced at last :)
Kinda surprised that scored so highly. Happy, but surprised - it's a solid game but it does have enough flaws that drag it down.
