Nintendo sell their 3DS games at £40 and the majority of them have half the content that the PSVita games do. At least the Vita games are closer to console quality.
As with everyone who owns both and actually BUYS GAMES, I play my vita WAY more than my 3DS. Infact, I've just moved and my vita is with me and my 3DS is still in storage.
I think you're wrong. I couldn't care less what casuals are doing. Gamers don't use their phones to play games, and if you do, you have no hope of having any valid opinion round these parts. You cannot even compare the quality of the majority of these games to console games. Someone who plays farmville is not part of the gaming industry.
indeed, I'm still pretty happy with the first year software lineup for the vita, much better than what I had for my 3DS in the same time period.

but streaming looks like turd, You just wont have enough bandwidth to compete with playing a game directly, video compression and artifacts are apparent and sharpness is also effected. compare a bluray with netflix side by side and you'll know what I'm talking about. Streaming is not the future.

Yeah, continue the trend of forcing people to buy the crappest OS if they want to play halo. I'll just wait for the windows 7 patch or just wait until windows 9 when they realise people want their desktop to be primary, not secondary to a crappy casual touch interface.

I've got like 15 games for my vita all store bought I love playing it and also have trouble choosing what to play. Its damn good.
I had more 3DS games than that but have promptly sold all of them bar Ocarina of time, it is now my portable N64.

Yes! Too much realism made the game extremely boring. Or maybe it was the fact I can't relate to annoyingly voiced immigrants. Who knows. All I know is the physics were fun for a while, but the game was boring. Viva la San Adreas!

It would be good if they could render in 4K and downsample to 1080p, that will still increase the quality as we can do the same on youtube and see a difference.
good old destruction derby, Thing is, when I was younger on the old atari, I didn't realise half the games were only published by them! I saw the owl and assumed they made it. They were one of the biggest game publishers in the early 90's!
GametimeUK is right, I've had a 3DS at launch, waited god knows how long for ANY worthwhile games, picked up zelda, mario 3d land, mario kart, kid icarus and more. The games are so short its unbelievable the price they sell for. The games are below average apart from kid icarus and zelda. 3dland was like 6 hours long to get all the star coins etc, mario kart wasn't even as good as the previous DS version. No online play for star-fox.
