Syntax, move has much better functionality in CORE games, I enjoyed using it in mag/socom/killzone aswell as some of the other Move only titles such as Tumble/echochrome/House of the dead overkill.
Unlike the kinect, which has to sacrifice core games for Kinect only titles. all I've been playing on my xbox for the past year or 2 is gears 3 and halo 4, what else is there?
not all of sonys recources went into the move, core games used it optionally. we still had games.
my xbox was just a gears 3 machine until halo came out.
I bought a vita at launch, and now they are giving me copies of the same sh*t I already own. Not 1 retail title I don't own so far. Gives me an incentive to stop buying games.
Don't get me wrong, love the vita. but PS+ sucks for people who owned a vita from launch and actually supported them by buying games.
just wait till the second half of season 3. Boners all round.
For those sales it wasn't sold as a games console, it was sold as an exercise machine for casual moms.
this is the first gen to include an American brand in a timely manner.
all I can say is Vita>3DS x100 for first year support.
Infact, i've had about 20 games for 3DS and around 15 or so for vita, and I'm having more fun in the first year of vita than I have had with the lifetime of the 3DS.
I liked yoshi's story, although it got bad reviews and was very short, i loved the style and it was fun

The vita library is equal to if not surpasses the 3DS library and it is not even a year old.
I have had both since launch. The 3DS had next to nothing for a year, and then Nintendo rushed out a bunch of mario games to make sales. Sounds familiar to what they've announced for the WiiU today actually, excluding the Zelda, but they do have an HD remake in there too, very familiar.
The 3DS still has nothing I want to play on it, The quality of the 3DS nintendo titles are poor, 3D Land was short and boring and the WORST 3D mario game I have played, Mario Kart didn't even surpass the older DS version in fun. It seems the wiiU is going to take the same route as the 3DS, rush a bunch on popular names out to drive sales.
That being said, I do want Windwaker HD and Bayonetta 2. Its funny really as I sold all 15 of my 3DS games and kept only ocarina of tim...

I know there are ways to do this, But my main gripe is that they don't give you a choice without installing 3rd party software.
I will not support Microsoft shafting me with the crappy UI, and it seems that nobody else wants it either (judging by how poorly it is doing)

yup, The last good ones were for the original xbox. The first game with Xbox Live support. That game was damn good.
Unfortunately, Milestone Motogp games were terrible. I picked one up thinking it was developed by Climax and to my dismay it was utter ****. the contols were gay, everything was elongated through a fisheye lens, it was just a terrible terrible step down from MotoGP on the original Xbox.

3D didn't go away, it's just not new anymore and TV's pretty much come with it standard these days. It's a case of not having to push it anymore.
I know lots of people who will be getting 3D tv's soon, the people who say they don't like it are the people that don't own it or haven't seen what it can really do.
3DTV's have been a success from a sales perspective.
