All it will be will be a polished version of when we look at our achievements now.

I like the God of War 3 trailer, it's not in my Top 5 due to the fact that it's all CGI. It's not running on a games engine like Gears of War 2 or Prince of Persia.
Gears of War 2 - Love the trailer, shows how big the battles could be
Prince of Persia - Love the art style, lives up to the originals!
Resistence 2 - I didn't fancy this at all, but that trailer has swayed me

this games looks fantastic, and if it plays like 'The Sands of Time', it should be amazing.
My top 5 games I'm looking forward keeps changing, and Prince on Persia is definatly up there with Mirror's Edge and LittleBigPlanet now.
Gears of War 2 a close 4th and as sad as I am to say it, I'm looking forward to Viva Pinata 2!!!
So because MGS The Movie is being made by Sony Pictures, it means MGS4 won't be released on another console??
The Resident Evil movies are distributed by Sony Pictures, and the last batch of Resident Evil games have been on the Nintendo Wii. RE5 is coming to both PS3 AND X360. So that has nothing do to with it.
To me it doesn't matter if the release MGS4 on the X360 as I own a PS3 and a copy of MGS4 on that, but my guess is that Konami may not have made the big p...
it would of been nice for a 3 or 4 player Co-op, but as Mark Rein has stated, it would of become a mess.
At least they have put the debate to rest that the X360 couldn't handle a 4 player co-op by putting a 5 player Co-op mode which is called 'Heist'.
With 5 players and the whole hoardes of Locost's, this proves that a 4 player Co-op wouldn't of been much of a problem, especially seeing as Heist will more than likely deal with more enemies that the Single Player...
Maybe they'll include a sick bag with the game!!
Either way this games looks superb. It's fresh, original and colourful.
It sort of reminds me of Portal in respect of the way you have to figure your way out of areas with the moves of Altaire in Assassin's Creed.
This is definatly in my top five wanted games of this year. Hopefully it doesn't pull a Assassin's Creed and turn out to be a big fat turkey!

To be the voice of an iconic video game character AND be a successful screenplay writer for movies like X-Men is a superb achievement!
I have to agree that David Hayter looks a lot like Snake, but he'll need to loose some weight and work out to get the right body shape. Christian Bale goes from bulky muscily Batman to skinny anorexic blokes with no major problem, so Hayter should be ok.
I just couldn't imagine watching a MGS movie without David Hayter's voice com...

it's a shame that Square-Enix are just, from what the trailer looks like, porting the Snes version over the DS.
Surely they could of made it into 3D like the Fan-made Chrono Trigger project that they put a halt to. It's obviously why they did that now!!

seeing that GTA4 was stuck at the top of the charts for weeks and weeks, it's a shame that MGS4 got knocked off by a far inferier game of Lego Indiana Jones!!
I know the LEGO IJ is multi-platform, but I'd hope MGS4 would have a couple of weeks at number one.
I'm sure if Sony trimme £50 / $50 off the console price, the console plus copies of MGS4 would fly of the shelf!

I watched the Hulk yesterday, and William Hurt looked a lot like Old Snake. I'm guessing William Hurt is not exactly built for playing an action packed movie that MGS4 would be.

It's great that the excellence that is MGS4 is selling well in Japan and is selling PS3's but the Japanese have nothing really to look forward to until FF13 arrives.
Resistence 2 and Killzone 2 are going to be great games, but are more aimed towards the western audience.
It's a proven fact that the Japanese are not big fans of FPS's.
LittleBigPlanet may have a chance, but unless Sony are bring either a load of new RPG's, Gundam games or something ...
Trust me n4gzz, I'm playing MGS4. I've just finished Act 2, and started Act 3. I don't want to spoil the game for anyone, but let's say I am currently using a signal tracker for Act 3. I've just started it, so I know that I've played it!! I bought my PS3 from my sister-in-law just for this one game.
For me though, boss fights and such don't get me stressed. I love the challenge and it really gets me pumping, hence why I hate the loading times. It's grids everything to a halt.
