It's a legitimate paid for copy, and is not the users fault that the store sold it to them early.
It's the store that sold them's problem, not the customers, and if it was me, I'd be playing that game all day long connected to Live!, because if it says nowhere in the Live! rules that you can't play a game on live that you brought early from a store that released the game early.

The PAL users get screwed over by the really late release date, and then they get a copy that freezes!!
Nintendo need to do something about releasing titles at the same time like Microsoft and Sony do.
What boggles me is that the USA version works fine on a PAL console with a modification chip, so how hard is it do just transfer it over with the added subtitles for different languages??
I give it 24 hours before a copy of Halo 3 is leaked onto the net for all the modded X360's to play.
If shops are receiving them now, a copy will end up in the wrong hands. I'm guessing that someone who leaks all the pirate games is a guy who probably works at Gamespot or EB Games etc.

I like the fact as well that all the achievements are for Single Player, and not Multiplayer.
I don't mind multiplayer achievements, but I hate the fact that other than Gears and Halo, not many people play Ranked Games which a lot of MP achievements are for.
Try getting a Ranked Game of COD3 or Stranglehold! It's a nightmare!

It's a shame that Sony is not doing the same for games like Heavenly Sword and Lair.
I have yet to see any adverts from Sony for there games other than that pointless 'This Is Living' trailer.
Yet every day I see a 360 or Wii trailer for a game that's arriving on there console!
I can't wait to start seeing these spots on TV!!
I liked it! Remember it's only a tease, plus I'm guessing showing a display from the battlefield shows how epic these battles are going to be in Halo 3.

You have to hand it to MS and Bungie, they know how to promoted a new title, whereas Sony have failed miserably with there 'This is Living' commercials which make no sense!

Games like Shadow of the Beast, Flashback, Mutant Football, Speedball, Xenon 2, First Samurai, Second Samurai, Lemmings, Lotus Challenge, Jaguar XJ220, Monkey Island (where you had 15 discs and had to keep changing them!!), Leisure Suit Larry, Chaos Engine, Alien Breed, Full Contact plus loads loads more!

It doesn't matter to me, as long as the cable is long enough.
The main thing that will make me choose between the PS3 and X360 version is who will have the most updated, most number, and more importantly cheapest of DL tracks.
If the PS3 offers me a cheaper set of tracks compared to the X360 version, I'll go for the PS3 version.
But if it's the other way round, the X360 will be the one to go for.
We'll see!

Although, the reason why Rock Band could of been missed off the list is although the states get it in '07, the rest of the world won't get it until '08.
But Assassin's Creed?? Come on, if anything that game is going to be bigger than Mass Effect, GH3, RR2, Drake and Ratchet due to the fact that it's a multi-platform title plus is look totally awesome!
The only other one I can think off that they missed, but would find difficult to fit...

The Resident Evil movies suck balls.
First thing they messed up on was not making the movies R Rated. They aimed for the kiddies instead of giving us the Resident Evil gorefest we all wanted.
Second thing they messed up on was not following any of the story from the original games. No game characters in the first film, and only Jill from the second.
We wanted Chris, Jill, Wesker (where the hell was Wesker), Barry, Leon etc.

I'm from the UK, and Europe normally get most titles way later than in the States and Japan.
Trauma Center - SO came out in Aug 07 over here whereas it's been available in the States and Japan since launch. It was already translated into English, hence a US version.
So why it took so long to ship it to Europe, especially when they are shipping crap like Excite Truck and Far Cry Vengence is a mystery.
We have yet to receive Super Paper Mario!!

I was waiting for Lair and Heavenly Sword to arrive before buying my PS3, but with the slating reviews that Lair has got, and the average reviews that Heavenly Sword has got, I'm back on the fence with the PS3.
I will eventually buy one, and I hope that now Haze is an exclusive to the PS3, that this will change my mind and make me go out and by a PS3.

Lair looks superb, but plays like a piece of crap (from the 5-6 reviews I've read).
People can slate Halo 3 and Bioshock for not matching the graphical power of Heavenly Sword, Lair, Gears of War etc.....but they play like a dream, which in the end matters the most!

With Call of Duty 4, Halo 3 and Team Fortress, I'm never going to have an excuse that I'm bored and got nothing to play for the next year!
With COD4 being very smooth, Halo 3 with the unlimited possibilities to MP with Forge and the fun factor of Team Fortress, it's going to be an awesome year!
That's without the inclusion of other big games arriving like Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Haze and Little Big Planet.
