Anyone else remember the whole MS spy at apple way back during the DOS days. Apple created the first image based interface. MS had a spy at apple and copied them to create Windows. What is so different today? OS X is my OS of choice. I have Windows too, but I hate using it. They are just trying to keep up in the marketplace.
The PS3 doesn't need saving. It is doing well. Yes it is behind in hardware sales, but what do you expect out of the most expensive console. The manufacturing costs of each system are down so they aren't loosing money on each unit sold. They are putting out great games. I am really tired of these kind of articles.

I don't think that they gave it a 6 because they were bias. I think they gave it a 6 because they are just too stupid to recognize a good game when they see it. Sometimes they do give a good game a good score, but hey, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.
You can't have an interlaced image as the native image. that just doesn't work. The native resolution is what the raw image is at. An interlaced image is only a partial image. A fraction of the picture is shown for a fraction of a second. It swaps in and out what parts of a picture you see too fast for your eyes to notice. So it creates the illusion of a whole picture. Wipeout was one of few truly hard games. It would smack you around, turn you side ways and blow out your O ring. It had that status. There needs to be a few games like that.
On the other hand. It really is a fantastic game, and it would be a shame for people who can't hack it(the vast majority of people) to miss out on it because it is too hard.
Conclusion: Harden the **** up.
It will probably be about 4 disks. PS3 games are uncompressed. After they compress it as much as they can, then it should fit on only a few disks.
The PS3 hasn't been hacked because it isn't totally run by circuitry alone. There are little elves, gnomes, fairies, and goblins inside battling it out. And everyone knows you can't hack elves, gnomes, fairies, and goblins.
