great price for this wheel. i've used the g25 my friend has and it's awesome, but for $77 i might have to bite on this one. big difference between force feedback and non, although you can't argue with $0.

Ads affect me as it makes me interested in some games. I've only ever bought one game based only on the commercial and that was Ace Combat 4 for PS2. The commercial made it look so badass but when I got it I played with some friends and we just got bored.
I recently bought Dead Rising 2 based on "ads" as far as previews on web sites and comments from people. There were some negatives but overall I thought it would be good. Nope boring as hell.
I was preparing myself for a let-down but so far I've really enjoyed MoH.
I finished the campaign (which was really short.. felt like 5-6 hours max) but I enjoyed it. Personally I felt it was inferior or both MW1, MW2 and BFBC2 for campaign.. maybe it was just too short but it was also not as varied. I also thought the helicopter mission wasn't going to be on rails which it was, and that let me down.

it's annoying to have to wait through some intro graphics. i hate that personally. ok it has dolby digital, cool, but i don't want to watch the whole intro every single time without being able to skip it.
in the cart days you could start almost instantly..
some recent 360/ps3 disc games must have quick load times to start (or press to skip intros quickly).. can you think of any? i guess at the moment right now i cannot.
Far Cry 2 is one of those games for me that I've been on the fence about buying.. and recently I've bought other games on that list with regret:

On the other hand I recently got into Dead Space. What a great game. I'll have to get Far Cry 2 when I see it around for a discount..
I like that CoD exists. That makes the online environment a lot better for people playing Bad Company 2 and hopefully this game.
Frankly I have low hopes for MoH. I don't expect to play much online (since Fallout New Vegas is out next week) but I think I'll enjoy the single player.
It's crazy to think that in just a few weeks we'll have Gran Turismo 5 however. All gamers rejoice (that own PS3s)

I was on the fence on this one. After playing the beta which I was in, it was a clear "no". I got more interested the more I saw and now I'm looking forward to the single player campaign and hoping I get some joy out of the multiplayer. For reference I love BFBC2 and enjoyed the single player COD series on PS3 but only really played COD and WAW multiplayer for any length. The multiplayer for BFBC2 was just so much better.. it really is the only reason I ordered MoH.

I have RE5:Gold Edition and I bought it after I got my move. RE5 was a game I skipped but thought I'd go for it with move support.
I'd hardly call it amazing. It works but it definitely feels tacked on. You feel more like you're pointing and clicking rather than shooting a gun, mostly since you use the move button on top to shoot with your thumb rather than the trigger which makes no sense.

Fallout 3 had some of the most robotic and flat animations... but it was still hella-fun. Not sure why they can't get the motion right.
The easier and better solution would be to allow freeplay after the last mission. If you ask me, (which you didn't), it's retarded not to allow it.
I have to agree with you but personally PES is superior to FIFA in some ways now.
PES has some way to go to catch up to FIFA in the next-gen, but PES11 definitely wins most improved from last year.
I almost canceled my Amazon pre-order when I read about the PS3 version's issues with tearing and the lack of depth mentioned in some reviews.

i doubt this is true. i've played a little over 2 hours of MoH online.
i was playing last night on the Masar-I-Sharif airfield level and inside the hangar and i was shooting someone near the main door in the front and as they moved behind the corrugated wall to get cover i followed his movement with my MP7 on auto and killed him through the wall. i know he's going to think i was cheating.. it was pretty sweet though.
