The company like any other is driven by profit, when the well runs dry they will look to something that can sell quickly and assured cash flow, FF7 remake will do just that. Right now they have to much in deveopement to worry about that, but the well will run dry as they all do and they will need some nice cash flow esp with demand growing for it. Money Speaks Loudest and it is starting to shout.
Well This one is perfect Aug 27th release with DS3. I am highly considering one although I dont like 399, I may wait for 299.

I dont hope, you just know is, or was part of the grand deal. When HD DVD and Blue Ray were at battle it wasnt talked about the details of how MS secured HD DVD deal. Then later the spill comes out at how much cash was talked about in the deal etc. Even though HD DVD said, its because HD DVD is being bought by the consumer that the movie studios are starting to realize this and go with our format bla bla bla, Its money in the end.
I have not owned a madden since 2005, and thats becaues it cost 10 bucks and it was worth that. Thus far they have all looked lame and not held my inteterest. However this year I think I might pick it up when i decide if im getting an xbox or ps3. This is prob the last time Ill see farve on a cover, last year for some of the stadiums in the game and has madden 93, cant hurt!
This is simple, its like Music, they simply didnt stop making CDs regardless, they just produce about 60% less for shelves now.
Music Albums only amount to 160MB most of the time. Obviously downloading a song is muuuuuuch smaller and quicker.
With Games I see it dropping about 33% every 7 years.

Nice, and the tide starts to turn, and this is just the tip of the iceberg over time the complaint will only grow, about half way through this gen in 2 years, the 360 will run flat, their head start will be laughed at and they will start to push their next sys out the door again to compete. I dont understand why this is still a big deal. Valve is lame, without half life they are nothing. HALF life 3 will come out we will cheer how good it is, then valve will never have anything that pop again. They dont like PS3 arch, they are PC MS friendly, let em.

Exactly, its funny when Im at BestBuy looking at movie section or gaming section, I always here, you dont want that, they break a lot, or they have a bad rep for lasting 2 years etc. Its hard to say, we released a crappy hardware, but its better now, so no telling but I believe their sales would have increased about 30% and PS3 would be behind by much more if it wanst for that hardware error. I tell you this, this happens again next gen, kiss MS good by the will always remain 3rd for eternity...
Ive been using VISTA Ultimate for over a year now. Drivers in the first 4 months were a pain, past that, its much smoother and glossy looking, I love it.

I agree, PS3 Being the main platform and going forward Madden will use PS3 as the main platform etc, this is going to start switching up, welcome back SONY, you fought long and hard. Although Im a MS fan on some notes, the tide is def coming back to sony globally, the us may be a fight, but the rest of the world is slowly coming to a hault for them.

I think they over compensated, when you over shoot, you sometimes miss your target, not that you cant find your way back, but you suffer until then, that is what happned. And with SONY it did come down to hardware in the end for them, 599.99 was a price for a reason, high tech was a gamble, and they lost market share because of it.

We tend to focus on US sales, because we live in the US. But gaming is an international business, and Microsoft has seen almost all of its success in the US. Both Nintendo and Sony do very good business in Japan and Europe, while Microsoft has always struggled in those markets. Heck, in Japan, the big story is the sales of Sony's PSP.
