And MS, if ya are so into Digital D, then give your people bigger HD, and ship all systems with HDs, and dont charge so much for your HDs, seriously read that and say it to yourself 10 times. Then have google slap you across the face again, then you just might wake up.
And to conclude Blue Ray is here to stay, no doubt. Digital Distribution is atleast 10 yrs off from being the norm. We will have one more console gen left of phy media atleast.

Your logic is distorted in iteself. Foresight has nothing to do with releasing 720X therefore making the current one not a proble. There is consumer effect when you abandon one item to make another that has features which you tout not needed.
Next would be, saying your getting the same game, this was true for the first xbox360 titles for 2 years, hence xbox really had no marketing ploy until gears of war, 2 years later.

I disagree, you pack in a mic you are telling your customer "try me" if SONY wanted they could pack in a mic that plugs into the controller where it charges, it can send data there. That would be a plus for them.

I dont think they should NOT charge, however its time they lower their price, I think 29.99 is much more of an entry price for people (casual gamers, parents etc) to swallow.
You can gloat all you want on the features how its so much better, parents dont play, they pay, they care. and casual people make up most of the markey, so they decide the fate of systems and price.
Couple of points, one, more players need head sets, two, SONY needs to make more people aware that you can use a head set. Xbox comes with one people look at it and go, oh I can talk on this system, sweet. SONY needs that same message IMO its why their community is broken.
Also sony would be smart to bundle this game

What it is, a new comer 2nd system is still a new comer until a 3rd sys imo. Their goal to me is, each system to move up, 1st one 3rd, entry level to show who they are, 2nd to take away from number one and have an established name, 3rd system to be 1st.

Something no one talks about in uncharted is its length, its weak, much to short. Loved the game, the graphics and Nathan is pimp. Now lets refine that and push the lenth for an extra 6 hours or so.
If SONY was smart they would put on a Show, example, Pack in KillZone2 with a PS3 at 299 for a limited time, say 1 month and do a marketing blitz on it, campaign like crazy letting the world know, its here, its only on our system, come and get some
They just need to make one 1 change to the Wii, seriously, give it an HDMI output, and let it run in 720P or 1080P and I may consider the idea of it for my family room. But right now its looks so cheese, no way, that would be an easy addition also for them to do. Now thats its so cheap. Maybe even throw in a 10 dollar wifi card.

Thus far, in my opinion both systems have failed to duplicate what they did last.
The original Xbox, was built better and had more optimism going for it, and I dug their style.

10 Hours is to short, but these days campaigns arent what they once were, because of the addition of multiplayer. How long was Halo 1 thats my all time fav campaign, and was completely satisfied by the end of it.
