This game is TOO addictive - and a little hard work at times, for us single player types.
Its going to be really interesting how this game will be balanced in terms of aerial / ground forces or aerial / naval forces.
Day 1 buy for me and my new-born bouncing baby PS4 :-)
Really excited for this - in particular for the ground war aspect. Ive always wanted something like World of Tanks on PS3.
Hopefully, one of my launch titles to pick up for PS4.
And all they'll do is flip the DRM switch back on when the net is full.
And if no-one cared, then MS would have taken gaming down the DRM road, probably persuading Sony to follow suit regarding used games etc.
Its precisely BECAUSE gamers cared that they didnt get away with their bullsh*t.
And the last time MS raced to beat Sony out of the door?.....
Not exactly a confident vote catcher in my book.
Really chuffed that BL2 is coming to the Vita. Happy days :-)
That was a pretty solid showing from Sony and plenty to look forward to. It would be hard to believe that there could be even more at TGS.
November 29 for us Euro/UK gamers but thats ok. I was certain it wouldnt be until 2014 before Sony announced their 2013 launch.
Sony have played a good game so far and kept MS on the backfoot and under pressure.
Logically, the earlier Sony can release, the more pressure is on Microsoft.
Im a BL2 addict - just like I was with the first game. Its the biggest reason (along with PS+) that my backlog of games to play is so huge.
As I single player type and hundreds of hours, my biggest gripe is the shear lack of legendary loot Ive found - and I open everything!
Totally agree about the vision. It would be great if someone could come along and 'break the mould' and give us something fresh and different - something like MM did with LBP.
Its actually an interesting and overlooked point. However, it very much depends on the calibre of the developer using it snd looking to scrape every last bit from the console.
Just think of ND and the PS3.
Isnt it about being offered the best and the most for the least amount in the most honest and upfront way.
That spells Playstation to me (though not literally of course :-)
That looks really cool but the size of the living space is not quite so realistic.
@brew
Thanks for that.
Wasnt there something about GG working on a new IP, a while back? It can't have been Kz:Mercs as thats still in the Killzone Universe so that doesnt really count.
I love Killzone but Ive been intrigued just what else Guerrilla Games could turn their hand to.
Something else for PS4, besides Shadowfall, perhaps?
The worlds gone 180 batsh*t crazy !
It would make an interesting behind-the-scenes documentary.
Blakes 7. Wow, have to blow the cobwebs off that one lol
So how many consoles have they sold out of? Without numbers its pretty pointless.
