Halo ODST includes a new unique multiplayer and singleplayer experience with plenty of hours that can be spent on both. I think its worth the money considering what your getting. I think its less of a value if you already own Halo 3 and bought the Halo 3 DLC as a Halo 3 multiplayer disc with all the maps is included.

I didn't mean to make you feel butt hurt but you do know that true NASCAR involves crashes and true crashes in NASCAR include rollover aka GT5 does not have the full NASCAR experience.
Ford Fusion and Dodge Charger Stock Car and will include multiple Oval tracks of varying sizes. Add rollover to the equation and you have a NASCAR experience so not so exclusive to GT5. Forza 3 will have Rally Cars but no rally tracks.

they didn't gain very many simulation fans most are waiting for GT5 or Forza 3. All I hear about the game is the horrible way the cars control and feel on track. :/
