This is a gaming site and gaming sites are never about fun its about the reporting of news and to compare and talk sh*t about games. If you want to have fun go play your PS3 and I'll play my 360 but as much fun as you may have it doesn't change the fact that this is a gaming site.

Microsoft were smart about it and paid the money and bought the company while Sony took them to court and loss even more money then they were told to pay in the first place. Microsoft didn't take the company to court because the patent wasn't BS. Now this company however is a BS company and has been proven one over time since 2003 and beyond. The Xbox 360 is the fastest selling console in the market and is only showing signs of speeding up and none of slowing down while facing the holiday season.
This article would only make sense if the 360 sales were getting slower and slower but they aren't. The console itself has a high sales rate and a high game attachment rate and the only conclusion is that its a successful console.

makes no sense at all and there reasons for failure also make no sense. Over at the IGN PS3 boards in a poll over 191 said the PS3 launch was a failure while only 19 said it wasn't.
