Rare has had 3 TERRIFIC (VP) to Good (PDZ/Kameo) games. No, these games are **CLEARLY** above "average".

Viva Pinata 2: Trouble in Paradise and Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts are guaranteed to score even higher.

You're simply spreading FUD.

Oh, look at the SDF here with the FUD. Snore.

As long as Rare keeps up its terrific work; Kameo, Viva Pinata are *awesome*.

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts is going to be FANTASTIC. As is Viva Pinata 2: Trouble in Paradise.

Whatever Rare does, I buy. Everything they've done till now has been terrific (to good (Even PDZ has 8.1/10 @ metacritic)).

MS has said time and again that it is **NOT** paying for these exclusives.

Why do you people **CONTINUE** to just pull that FUD out of your arse? There is **NO** evidence that it is the case.

Here are the (some) reasons that Devs/Publishers want to sell on Xbox 360:

A) The exposure to existing gamers via the "New Releases" and "Demo" on the Dashboard helps them market their game.
B) Bigger install base.
C) Xbox 36...

Hardly.

PS3's top exclusives Resistance 2.99m (shooter), MGS4 2.75m (shooter) and Uncharted 1.70m (shooter), Motorstorm (pack-in, driving) and GT5P (1/2price, driving).

Shut. Up.

Do you know how many *hundreds* of millions of dollars Sony spent to get their MPAA friends to dump HD-DVD?

"fair and square"? Yeah, BR is an anti-user technology designed from the ground-up to enable the MPAA to destroy your fair-use rights, and you're here arguing about MS bringing top tier games from all markets to the Xbox 360?

Get a grip, bringing Japanese games to the American console is **FAR** less "Dirty" t...

@4.1 Leon

" Yeah. It will....sadly."

Right. Because MGS4, Resistance and Motorstorm were genre-breaking innovations.

*rolls eyes*.

Tales of Vesperia is a much anticipated title, and the sales in Japan were excellent for both the Xbox 360 and the title. Deal with it.

"there is no debate as to whether the 360 has any hope in Japan whatsoever...but it still is funny to watch it try...goes very well with the definition of insanity...try the same thing over and over, but expect a different result... "

You've got this very white vs. black view of the marketplace.

The Xbox 360 simply needs to grow in Japan, this is success. Will it outsell the Nintendo or Sony boxes? No.. It doenst seem so. But ...

Yes, there are requirements on PSN too.

But, being English speakers, we dont hear all the "inside scuttle-butt" from the people working with PSN.

Xbox LIVE Arcade is *widely* accepted to be the premier service.

GeoWars
PacMan CE
Golf Tee It Up!
Ticket to Ride
Alien Hominid
Carcassonne
Happy Tree Friends
Penny Arcade
Settlers of Catan
Castle Crashers
Ikaruga
Sensible World of Soccer
TMNT

And on and on.

Xbox LIVE Arcade is putting the other services to shame with the top quality, new titles.

"pissed off with MS because they are overcharging for his game"

Dont make shiat up.

He is talking about the certification process, which is geared to larger organizations with bigger teams.

He makes some sense, people have said this before. But MS wants quality (read; bug-free) titles on Xbox LIVE Arcade.

XBLA is where the "big budget" professional games are going, the "download" AAA titles; and XNA Com...

Killzone was mediocre (at best) and Killzone 2 is shaping up to be another Lair.

This article just repeats everything written in other articles, nothign new, just a fanboy article written to generate traffic.

Snore.

Another stellar game for Xbox 360. MS sure did help bring a great, very well rounded library of AAA exclusives to the Xbox 360.

Not only do these games sell well, but they get exceptional reviews from the critics.

I'm really looking forward to this game. It looks awesome.

"I still think this is gonna be a repeat of Lair."

Not. Gonna. Happen.

Lair sold 350,000 copies, was DEVESTATED by reviews and sucked very badly.

Too Human has 1,000,000 *pre-orders*, has been getting excellent previews, has a 93/100 review today, and based on the Demo, clearly rocks as a genre-expanding Action/Adventure/RPG.

Too Human is going to be a TERRIFIC game.

Oh, the old "Too Human has been in development for 1000100101 years! har har!"

You know what? Good ideas stick around. SK had a great idea, and many publishers agreed -- that is why the Too Human idea stuck around.

And, you know what? IM DAMN GLAD they did. Why? Because Too Human is obviously a terrific game, and the Demo shows it.

@1 & 1.1

The previews have been stellar.
The first review, was 93/100.
Pre-orders are over 1,000,000.

So, when the game gets great reviews... its a hit.

And, Too Human is a hit.

It will be Action/Adventure Game of the Year 2008 from many places.

All this "moving the goalposts" to try and spread anti-Too Human FUD is just ridiculous. Face it, It is going to do VERY well, and it is WELL deser...

What are you talking about? MS had very little to do with HD-DVD.

Sony on the other hand, spent (literally) BILLIONS to make sure that bluray survived. It wasnt looking very good there.

Sony gave HUNDREDS of MILLIONS (confirmed by all parties, public record) to its MPAA partners to go BR exclusive.

Sony Pictures gave away films.

Sony CE (Playstation Division) dropped the price of the PS3 and cut features to get the price down.

YOU. ARE. INVENTING. THINGS.

The article is telling you that MS DID NOT GIVE SE money for FFXIII. What part of that do you *NOT* understand?

Grow up. You're just pulling crap out of your arse.

Perhaps SE is interested in MAKING MONEY by selling to the larger install base on Xbox 360 who is known to buy *far more* games than PS3 owners?

Give your head a shake. You're just bitter.

What is wrong with you people? Do you have any _evidence_ for this? This article is telling you _otherwise_.

Yes, this is about Money. This is because Square Enix cannot risk bringing a big budget title to the PS3 because PS3 attach-rates are terrible, and the Xbox 360 has a vastly larger install base.
