How is it that Sony is talking about it?
They already removed the PS Camera in order to achieve the $400 price point.
This despite the included PlayRoom game and light on every controller.
You might say it had a price drop before it even released, at least according to those that say the X1 dropped $150, lol.
Don't really see the need for this.
They already did heat tests on the consoles and the X1 runs the coolest.

It was actually designed to be left on for 10 years straight.
This "Tougher" situation has existed for the X1 for the first 7 months.
This just proves that price is a critical factor.
X1 has done well to sell within 12% of it's completion in the US given the 25% disadvantage they had for the first 7 months.

In an apples to apples comparison like the US sales are very close, quite impressive when you consider the X1 was 25% more expensive for 7 months.

Exactly where did you get the 60m 360 sales for US?
Other sources have US sales at 44m, meaning there is over 40m more 360 outside of the US.
The US sells the most of any consoles in any other Country. You would have to string numerous Countries together to get a region that could outsell the US.
So I don't see your point. In the UK the 360 beat the Wii and PS3, so it's not just the US.

It also looks like some ppl can't except the truth. Unless of course these same ppl are willing to say they didn't enjoy last gen on the PS3 for the same reason?
