A lot of haters like to pretend that those extra Countries are insignificant, but MS reported a 102% increase in their last quarter ending September.

My guess is that Forza 6 will be announced sometime soon for 2015.
Edit @ Rimgal, I suspect a numbered Forza Forza 6, 7, etc)will continue to come out every other year from Turn10. That leaves an empty year, every other year, for PlayGround games to bring out a Forza Horizon.

The X1 domination continues in the US, even the big multiplatform games are selling more on x1.
Looks like price makes a big difference insoles, PS4 had a 7 month price advantage and now X1 is having 2 months.
Congrats as well for surpassing 10m WW before the end of the year, very impressive for 42 Countries. Looks like MS was right all along about the 10m.

I'm especially impressed with the fact that there is only a 300k difference when one sells in just 40% of the others Countries.
So a difference of a little more than 10% despite a 60% difference in the number of Countries.

Subject for sure. Lots of variables, not the least of which is perspective: number of sales into number Countries.
Also some outstanding games and new IPs.
I do know who lost though, the haters that said the X1 would only sell 3 - 5m, and that the 29 additional Countries wouldn't make a big difference, they lost big time.
Everybody knows, it's quite obvious it's staying exclusive to X1.
The trolls where REALLY hoping but now they'll say "meh", just like with TitanFall, "meh" unless there's a rumour it's coming to another console, then it's, "can't wait to play it on..."

Now that is very impressive, almost 3m more sales than 360, a 50% increase.
Consider for a moment 3 things:
1) The 360 launched in 36 Countries, the X1 in 13
2) The 360 had no next gen competition
3) The 360 had a high failure rate
The x1 is really expanding the brand for MS.
