Awesome news

And that title REALLY says a lot considering just how long some of the previous single player campaign iteration have been.

343 looks to be really delivering service to the fans

Looking forward to all the fun

Great for all those that feared this was going to be Call of TombRaider.

Nice to know the core mechanics of what made the original so great are back.

Always great to have those stealth options with exploration.

First off, this article is about the preview program,

It's been expanding rapidly and MS is now limiting further entry. Just like a beta. And unlike other manufactures that either don't have a preview program or have just started, Ironic the no mention is made of them.

Secondly your post is WAY off topic, perhaps you should read your terms of privacy policy agreement for your piece of plastic?

Find out about "Automatic Informat...

For an article with such a unprofressional title, there are actually some good points:

"This year's X15 event in Toronto was way more diverse than last year's. Of course, Halo 5 and Gears of War: Ultimate Edition took center stage, but just about every other game genre was also represented. RPG fans could drool over Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Dark Souls III. Action-adventures like Rise of the Tomb Raider and Mad Max were prominantly displayed. The indie cor...

Agree

Nothing says "we have confidence in our product" like putting out a demo.

Really love the extent that Turn10 goes to

Tire deformation physics
Varying traction based on puddles

It just keeps getting better

That's funny

I feel your pain, my multiplayer skills are also less than ideal. But we're having fun.

Cheers

"A full on remake"

Really good video, a testament to just how good the original was and how much they were able to improve upon it 9 years later.

Well done.

"Same goes with all the other 70 good reviews the game got."

lol, show me all the 70's?

Right now Metacritic has 49 reviews.

45 are 80 or higher

17 are 90 or higher

There 2 in the 70s, a 70 and 78

Along with the 2 lowballs that's 4 lower than 80 out of 49.

IGN seems right on the money.

49 reviews on Metacritic and 45 are 80 or above.

17 are 90 or above.

Well done

Really

then explain why Sony paid $380,000,000.00 for a service that streams, in your words, "old ass games"?

Explain why Sony's market research has led them to believe that ppl will pay a premium to play, in your words "old ass games"?

Tell me why both Sony and MS have reported that BC is one of the most requested features?

Is Sony lying to you?

Gamers buy consoles to play games; X1 p...

So the Backward Compatibility is boosting sales of 360 games

Mission accomplished: more happy gamers with an every increasing library of choices.

"Sony hasn’t done anything really wrong, though some gamers aren’t happy with its purchase of so many third party exclusives, but the firm isn’t making as many big happy announcements as the Xbox team is right now."

I agree, the exclusives coming out now are very impressive and will be a ...

Nice

Good to see Turn10 building on there successes.

Funny thing about bad weather is a lot of races get cancelled or delayed in real life, but it looks like F6 will take that into account. Perhaps the imaginary tracks will get the weather effects while the real tracks stay true to life.

@joeorc

Similar to my first post....

You seem to forget that some of the best minds in the world have a specific business model in mind and you are not privy to it; nor, clearly, do you understand it.

Who should i believe, the ppl bringing and demonstrating the tech, or known haters?

Easy choice.

It's coming, prepare yourself.

Nope, other way around

Bring Project cars back when it can hold 60fps

bring it back when it has tire deformation physics

bring it back when it has dynamic traction changes based on puddles

These affect gameplay, unlike a day/night cycle in a 10 minute race, ROFL.

As Sony has officially stated:

"Tonight during Sony's E3 press conference, SCEA CEO Shawn Layden revealed that 95 percent of PlayStation 4 consoles are connected to the Internet."

Doesn't seem to an issue.

Note that the percentage o...

Try reading this threads article, they're talking about an effect, SSAO, not the game.

The game is confirmed 1080p

I think they've both done a god job.

It's a little funny to see what looks like 2 laser beams being shot at you by the car in front in Project Cars. I think that's suppose to be the break lights.

Nothing in this article but a Doubting Thomas.

It's amazing how some ppl think they know more about a technology than the engineers developing it.

I guess the author missed the tech demo and the part about only 2 - 4 MB/S required.

Don't ppl realize that MS has some of the best minds in the world working their?

Do ppl really think if it couldn't be done they would be wasting resources on it?

100% agree

There is no down side to having this feature.

It's not like the X1 does't have an outstanding library of new indie and AAA games. This just adds to a gamers already impressive choices.

Sony is also adding to players choices with PSnow, making it clear that previous generation games add value. Why else would Sony pay $380m for Gaikai?

What's ironic is that the same ppl that said the X1 is too big are n...
