Like i said before, it's nothing but a cash grab. Stop gap card before 700 series comes, a big waste like those Mars cards.
That's definitely a rather low frame rate.. 60+ is always best, maybe if they had an option to disable the game pad streaming it would be able to run at 60?.
Just a thought.. like couldn't they just put simple controls on the game pad screen instead of live game play being displayed?. that way it's not sucking extra power from the console and give it more speed?
GTA IV was too dark and gritty as well as boring, just as GTA 3 was. But VC and SA = tons of fun.
So i have high hopes for this one, hopefully R* can do as well as the mod teams or better and let us have modifiable game modes, and 50+ players online in each server. if it can only be as great as SAMP it will be totally awesome.. just hope it doesn't end up as bad as IV's multiplayer.
DLC already? sad, back in the old days you paid for a whole game and got it.. and the add-ons were free by downloading a patch.
I hope it's free on PC.
How will the movie work if Gordon is a mute?, unless they plan on having him talk in Half Life 3 too..

Wish they'd make decent games for once, sure they look a bit better than the best looking games but how badly do they optimize the games? i mean jeez it takes 2-3 years for a single graphics card to play it properly.. and by then nobody cares about it.
Waste of development time, focus more on a good game and not as much on the graphics, or actually optimize your games!.
Give me a quality valve title any day over this..

MS pretty much already pushed me away from the 360 by failing to have Rare make some good old N64 sequels.
That's actually wrong, if MS used DVD but the games unpacked onto hard drive they would fit most games on a single DVD like PC games. But since HD space isn't abundant like on PC's i guess they won't take that route. Hence consoles almost constantly read from disc.
Not sure why they don't just use an install method, as this is also quieter than having to read a DVD/Bluray all the time.
I hope it's like Doom 1-2 rather than 3, 3 was too reliant on small areas and jump at you scares. The game needs to be more open, this is why i much preferred Half Life 2 when they both released.
Add some nice co-op mode and other multiplayer modes and it will be on to a winner.
I'm looking forward to Doom 4 because i heard they are thinking about going back to the style of Quake 1 for Quake 5 which sounds great too.
They should follow Valve's strategy: Release less often but give us a high quality game which lasts ages.
Since the 360 came out we have had trouble with this BS we call DLC as well, and now it is slowly infecting PC games. Back in the day games used to cost what they cost and nothing more, DLC was merely a free download patch which added even more to the game and made it better. Nowadays we have dev's putting out DLC left right and center.

Crysis has always been like a tech demo rather than a game from the start, the fact you need to wait 2-3 years to play it using a single chip video card, that will play it at high frame rates proves that. Otherwise it needs a dual chip card from the get go, utterly rediculous.
The fact it's like that is partly why i never play the games, the other part would be the gameplay.. i just find it boring anyway.
Well for sure i am interested in Aliens: Colonial marines.. my main worry is what it plays like, can it be as fun as Left 4 Dead? i'd like to try it but i'm not sure i want to risk just wasting my money and having the game sit in my steam list staying unplayed.
Hydrolex i hope your max resolution is 1080P even with the best graphics card, or you'll be getting low framerates, i'm a framerate whore, graphics come second ;)
All Rockstar need to do is up the texture quality/draw distance etc.. and release it on PS4/720, it'll probably look as good as the PC release on high settings if they did that.
Though i'm excited for the PC release, as long as Rockstar know what they're doing with the multiplayer it could end up as fun as SA-MP and have well over 50 players with editable game modes.
