I’m not the kind of person that demands certain things of a developer. The art they make is up to them, but this game isn’t for me. I have no interest in it at all, but I hope others love it. I don’t want to build anything, I don’t like the absence of npcs, I can’t imagine the questing will be layered and rich, and I just have no interest in it. That being said, I’m still excited for elder scrolls 6 and Starfield.
Perhaps telltale stranger things will be the first game with the new engine?

Out and weren’t given the time to polish some of those types of things. EA is known to rush things when they’re the publisher.
I think people were still butthurt over mass effect 3 and they wanted andromeda to atone for it, and it didn’t do that for a lot of people, but I think it’s better than it gets credit for.

Ummm many people would agree that the 360 has a better library than the ps3. When that generation started Sony’s console was way over priced and there were barely any games at launch. I guess you don’t remember that.

I know everyone likes to dump on this game, and that’s fait to an extent because it wasn’t at launch what it was talked up to be, but with all the updates and added content is much better now. It’s similar to how’s much better Destiny was after the taken king expansion.
I’m an Xbox fanboy and even I think the idea that PlayStation should be worried is asinine. Xbox had the better conference in my opinion, but ghost of tsushima was my game of the whole show. I think Sony had an underwhelming conference because they stated what they were gonna show and didn’t really have surprises, but the games they did show look amazing. Spider-Man looks incredible, tlou 2 isn’t my bag but it’s gonna sell amazingly well. Sony is just fine folks. Quit with the false narrative...

The term “progressive” is a very relative term.
Just for the record I am a Christian and I have my beliefs, but I don’t try and force that on anyone else and I don’t “expect” game devs to make games with Christian protagonist which is why I don’t want there to be an expectation of homosexuality, or any other lifestyle just for the sake of appeasing that demographic. This is just maddening to me. I’m completely fine with anyone doing whatever they want with whoever they want but that now homosexuality is “expected” is just ridiculous. I’m fat but that doesn’t mean I expect ever game to feature a fat protagonist. Why is sexuality expected at all in a game? I think making Ellie gay does the opposite. It basically says that if a woman is tough and a fighter she must be gay. I guess no one sees that though. I’m just glad the snowflakes are happy.
I understand that some people wanted the game to be just like the Witcher 3 but in a cyberpunk world, but I have complete confidence in CD Projekt red to deliver a stellar game. I think gun play will be better in first person than in 3rd person anyway and I think people are forgetting that. I Don’t care for third person shooters personally.

The thing is, the majority of gamers are male. The fact that there are few female protagonists (which is changing I.e. tomb raider, gears 5, bayonetta, dishonored 2, life is strange, hellblade, etc) is based on business more than anything. When 95 percent of gamers are males, corporate is gonna cater to that. Every thing that Is sold has a target demographic based on who buys said product. Let’s keep that in mind before we start spinning our false narratives.
