I think that they will at least compete. They’re better than Sony in every way other than exclusives in my opinion. I prefer Xbox one xontroller, ui, Xbox live, and game pass. IF and that’s a big if, they can hit with a few great exclusives things could get very interesting and by buying the studios it looks like that’s their aim. It’s a good time to be a gamer.
Although I think fortnite is a horrible game, to even compare video games to hard drugs is not only stupid, but dangerous.
The comparison between gta and Spider-Man is stupid. Personally I’d rather play Spider-Man than any gta game. I don’t see what the fuss is about with gta 5. The multiple protagonist thing just didn’t work for me. Either way comparing Spider-Man to gta is like comparing a platformer to a moba.

Coming from someone who has played pretty much every racing game in the last 30 years, Forza Horizon 4 is the best racing game ever made imo. It’s not even close. It can be a sim or an arcade racer depending on how you set the difficulty and that’s awesome.

I want to be excited for this because I adore origins, but the fact that it takes place before “origins” is so dumb. I don’t get why they would make a prequel to a reboot. Also the world looks almost indentical to that of origins. I’ll play it eventually, but I’m just not that excited for this game.

It’s a noble notion to say they should take care of their people and not worry about finishing the game, but that’s kind of a stretch realistically. Finishing the game may be the beatnik they can do at this point and it’s better than nothing. My only problem with this whole situation is how did the suits not see this coming. They were hiring couple of weeks ago and now theyre belly up. Did the finance department not know how dire things were? That part doesn’t Add up.

I don’t want this to come off like I’m being negative towards Europe, but the environment (in the game) is so samey. Even with the seasons it’s just not a fun looking map to navigate. Australia was so colorful and varied, and this game is just green and brown. I have no doubt the quality of the game is aces, but I just can’t get excited to drive around in this game, especially when I had my heart set on Japan.
I liked every telltale game and I’ve played them all. I’m deeply saddened by this news. Phil, part of your plan was episodic service based games. This would be a great edition.
It’s real easy to arm chair quarterback and just crap on telltale for spreading themselves thin or whatever the reason is they had to close, but it’s just sad in my opinion. I have loved practically all of their games and was so excited for wolf season 2 and stranger things. I guess the final season of walking dead is the swan song.

I hope they ditch the multiple protagonist in VI and have customization as far as body type based on working out like in San Andreas. I still feel that San Andreas was the best gta.

Myself I love long games and enjoy the grind, but I will say As a father of two kids who doesn’t have a lot of time to play I could see why someone would pay for that feature. Not every gamer lives in his/her parents basement and has 100 hours to put into a game. If it’s offered and someone is willing to pay for said feature, that’s not shady marketing it’s capitalism.
