I don’t know if you realize this or not, but money isn’t the issue, and they do care about games. They had other things that had to be fixed, now they have the best console and are focusing on games. Maybe it came too late, but it will get better. Everything other than exclusives has been fixed. All they have to focus on now is making games. The system they have now is incredibly easy for devs to make games with and that’s the focus now. I think that will be apparent at E3.
I believe Microsoft is working on the exclusive issue. I get that this is basically a website version of a shrine to Sony, but the fact is the Xbox one as a system has improved bit by bit since spencer has taken over. I know the Sony fanboys won’t give credit to how great the back compat feature is, which shows how biased they really are. “Microsoft sucks! Who wants to play old games?” Well, me for one. I don’t just discard old games when new systems come out. Also, the x has a 4K blu-ray pla...
Yes, H1Z1 is gonna pubg and fortnite our of business. I’m sure dozens of people will play it. The author of this post was obviously a Sony fanboy.
I’m fairly certain the game is gonna be set in Japan. I think that’s already been leaked.
That’s like saying there’s a link between being born and eventually dying.
Fake news
It’s a no brainer that they need 1st party titles, but aside from that I’d love to see achievements for the back compat og Xbox games. That’s a long shot, but would be awesome.
I think a leveling up system would greatly improve this game. I wish you got better at certain things and earned perks depending not on how you play. For example, if you’re in a crew and you spend a lot of time plugging holes in the ship while other players steered the boat or ran the cannons then you could level up your repair skill to make mending the ship faster, or gain the ability to fortify the hull so your ship could take more damage.
My main wish is that the quests were more meaningful and varied.
I couldn’t agree more. Not every game has to have a multiplayer component.
I’m an Xbox guy, but I feel like all the money went to creating cool looking water and not much else. It’s beautiful to look at, but that’s about it. The only thing to buy with the gold you get is cosmetic items which you can’t see because it’s a third person game. Skeletons and sharks are the only enemies. There’s no skill trees or progression. The game has lots of potential, but it all depends on how and how fast tangible content is added.
Only if you prefer strictly multiplayer games.
I’m just speaking for myself, but the day single player games go away is the day I lay the controller down. I play games to get away from people. Multiplayer games don’t interest me at all. None of my friends are gamers.
In what world or alternate universe did Dragon Age inquisition catapult that franchise back to the top of the genre?
They’re disliked in Asia, because they don’t have a million generic jrpgs with turn based combat and anime graphics.
Who said exclusives are bad? I certainly didn’t.
I don’t get the vitriol towards Microsoft. Yes the launch of Xbox one was a disaster, but they’ve steadily improved it. For years the argument was that they were less powerful so they created the most powerful console. Now it’s the lack of exclusives. They are addressing that now, but it’s gonna take time. I completely understand knocking them for mistakes they’ve made, but to keep harping on it when they’re making strides to fix it is kind of inane. Sony has won this gen, and I freely admit ...
Hmmm
I have over 100 games in my back log on my Xbox one s. Gaming is just fine regardless what platform you play. Nice grammar to by the way.
Say what you want about Phil, but look what he inherited when he took over. He’s done a stellar job of righting the ship and now the games will start to slowly come.
