I would disagree. God of War previous were kind of meh, and had many people unsure (change, etc).
Then it dropped and was a masterpiece.

Uncharted is about the story, the blockbuster cinematic gameplay, and graphics. Everybody knows the game is linear. Finding trinkets is clearly optional and poses no connection to the story. lol.
You HAVE to scavenge in TLOU if you want to survive.
I always felt it was bigger than Uncharted. You don't really explore the areas looking for things in Uncharted, but you do in TLOU.

There are shallow multiplayer games that are exclusive. There are also deep, rich, story driven games that are exclusive.
