I don't get how the Beta netcode was better than the final release. The game didn't fucking crash whole servers during Beta.
Not that they don't want us to, they just know they make more money from consoles with the Call of Duty series. Most PC gamers who play shooter have much better alternatives than CoD.

1. OBS is for broadcasting, this is for strictly recording gameplay. It runs in the background and if something happens in your game you press Alt+F10 and it saves the last 5-10 minutes of gameplay to a specified destination.
2. It's a free service, it's part of the graphics drivers for Nvidia's 600+ series cards. It's here to stay.
I feel the best JRPGs in the last decade or so have been the Persona games.
Oh my goodness this works much much better than FRAPS/DXtory. I didn't notice any lost frames while recording with this, and this will always be on. :D

Oh, how is the game? It's obvious you've spent some time with it.
Other than the many features like destroying the equipment they could be holding by shooting them, making you waste bullets and get nothing from it. Clothes being able to carry disease and get damaged in fights exposing you to the environment.
But, yea they aren't doing anything to discourage shoot on sight.

You can, I played it at launch for a while. Even had a giant dance party.
