More than just retexturing. It's an increased draw distance, higher res textures; custom lighting engine that allows advanced SSAO methods, added parallax mapping to items like grass, and rocks, better AA and more.
It's well worth it man. I built my first PC when I got my first job back in highschool. It was the most satisfying moment ever playing games on it. I remember buying Crysis 1 and being blown away at how good and well the game ran. First card was a 465 GTX I think.
Personally, it pissews me off that there are so many scantily clad armors bot because I think they look bad; but it's not practical to me. I like to use mods that add to the world to make it more immersive, not the opposite of taking me out of the world.
Same for the guys. If an armor seems too out of place for the game I won't use it.
Was very possible in Demon Souls, Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2. So why are you laughing? It was often better for some of the boss fights. Turtling and magic are too damn easy.
This is an old game that was cancelled way before the XB1 even came out. So; how could this be from an XB1 version?

IT's on PC; not like anyone can do anything to stop them from releasing. Consoles have to verify the games; on PC you can just release a game.
Valve has to approve a game for steam, but if people really want the game; they will buy it anywhere.

What's the appeal of the Uncharted games? They feel like normal cover shooters to me. The stories are usually generic. What about Uncharted gets people panties moist?

That's a lie. Most people with PCs have consoles as well; and I know damn well are usually major fans of the PS2 as the best console just because of the JRPGs the system had.
That's because Bioware tacks on the sex scenes. They aren't actually bringing anything to the story of the games. they make it some kind of "reward".
