IDK I have an older i7, and I played through all of Persona 5 on the emulator. So most modern CPUs shouldn't really struggle with it.
I think they originally had more planned but doubt everything originally planned made it due to Covid likely impacting a lot of game announcements and stuff. The next year could be pretty rough for game development.
