Lower settings may put more strain on the CPU. That's what happens in the ARMA games. Higher settings are offloaded to the GPU , so if you have a GPU Higher settings work better than lower settings.

I think it has to do with the way the first and 3rd person animations interact with one another. The game has a cover system much like the ones in the Crysis. The very same kind of stretched ligaments happens in those games when using cover and being able to see your own body in first person.
Betas are usually old builds of the game. This one doesn't even have all the features in it.
Mine lagged like crazy while using the Beta driver, then someone suggested I get the Nvidia 320.49 drivers, and now it runs like a charm. Test them and see if they work for you.
A single Titan at this point is struggling to run the BF4 Beta on Ultra at 1080p. 4K would be impossible right now. For a single monitor.

This is likely an old build anyways. Same as with the BF3 Beta, It was a much older build and the release had fix 90% of the problems the beta had.
Nope, you can't just sit on names. You have to use it in some way within a set amount of time, otherwise you lose the trademark. Otherwise people would just snag as many names as the could.

Therefor, this crash only happens on the DX11 version of the game. If there was only a DX11 version they wouldn't have to specify that it only happens on the DX11 version which means there is support for more than simply DX11.
Battlefield 3 and 4 as well. ARMA 3 doesn't support DX9 either.

Hi, major PC gamer here. Most of our games still have load screens. It has less to do with speed of reading Data and more with engine limitations. Fucking games from the PS2 lacked loading screens. There are games from the current consoles that lack loading screens.
