near me hardly even stock HD-DVD's and have a full row given to BD. This isn't that shocking. Still it's nice to see some retailers standing up to help enlighten the confused consumer. Here's to one format! /cheers.
They cover up porn. It's one of the reasons they can still sell it in stores. If they cover up M rated or higher games, then stores might not be so quick to exclude certain titles like Manhunt from their inventories.
Still ... I think this is lame. I don't think I've seen a single game cover that would make me think otherwise.
I'll wait for something a little more set in stone.
It's not just about taking a girl out to a club/bar. It's just general entertainment expenses. I can drop $50 at a bar hanging out with friends without much difficulty at all. Theme parks are expensive, going to the movies is expensive, social events are expensive, cigarettes are expenbsive, booze is expensive, weed isn't cheap, Golf is costly as hell and the list goes on and on. Sure I'll have fun but, once that night/event is over, I'll never have that fun again. With a video game, you can ...
that wants to be the support class. I'm sure they get to use guns and kill things too. People like that are hard to find sometimes though. I know I don't want that job. lol
I can't wait to get my hands on it. The online co-op is going to be sick. Thew single player is going to be sick and the muliplayer games are going to be sick. The "Sentinals" sound badass.
actually put that at the end of 2010 making it more like three years.
You're not even allowed to leagally drink or gamble yet. :P
"Dedicated Blu-ray Disc player sales, which omit video game consoles, represented 65 percent of unit volume share during the period and 69 percent of retail sales dollars, according to the leaked data. HD DVD players accounted for 28 percent of hardware unit sales and 14 percent of overall HD disc retail dollars."
So what we got here is BD standalones beating out HD-DD standalones that have gone on serious sale. Yes it is an increase for HD-DVD but, this data leaves o...
just bring it on. ;)
to have gotten so close to the 360 on a percentage basis here in the US. 80k lead for the 360 here a month means Japan alone bring the PS3 over the top in sales. Europe is PS3 land too. Times are getting better and it all happened so fast.
this site is trying to get people away from the whole fanboy hate thing. Just be glad the PS3 is doing well. For the people that were talking all that smack ... well ... the PS3 making a comeback is crap in their face enough.
to do with this article? It's just a flame attempt at 360 fans. lame....
still has plenty of ground to make up. It's future is looking much brighter then some expected though.
is gaining ground in the states. That's pretty huge. I know none of this is super accurate but still ... at this pace the PS3 is outselling the 360 buy 150k+ consoles a month during slow months. Not too shabby considering three months ago Mart, Firstknight and the rest of the crew were claiming PS3's death over the holidays and beyond.
tekken fans are excited about the game. I do agree though ... tossing in something new and fresh would be warmly welcomed.
dark resurection looked good, I don't see how this won't be an improvement. I'm sure this is just a crappy vid.
too much Terminator and Matrix movies. Still ... the thought of a thinking/learning computer is a little scary.
Not in the case of EA.
that you?
