Give us more bang for our buck, this isn't hard. $65 (w/ tax) is grocery money for me in the next 2 weeks. Why spend $60 on a game that'll only probably last me a day at most and shuffled back onto my dusty shelf?
If it was $30-$40, I might take more risks on impulse buys, but $60 is waaay too much for me to be careless, especially in our economic struggle and especially for what we're paying for. A game like Burnout Paradise is a perfect example of offering "bang for the bu...
Home won't probably sell the systems as it is, but given the right starter pack, anyone can be persuaded: Drop the price on the PS3 to $300-$350, bundle a headset, include a copy of LBP and pre-install Home: Instant seller right there. What's the point of Home if you have no games or a headset to play with? Hell throw in that mini-keyboard for 360 overkill.
Oh, don't forget the advertisements too: Sony's pretty bad at that.
/sad face.
I think for PS3, Blu-Ray needs to prove itself, beyond what the 360 can ever handle. Make FPS games that last 20 hours, levels as big as the Virgin Islands, content as big as my hot and spicy boner for Solid Snake and do something about those mandatory HDD installs and slow load times.
Then people will start singing another tune, the whole de-facto of BR in the first place was that Moar space = Moar for your buck.
It's the grounds of offering a free service. But I pay $50/year for Gold Membership, I'd at least expect the ads to go away, but no, Microsoft just can't get enough money already for their nickel-and-diming for 50kb pictures and themes.
Whoa, dude, calm down- have a Chill Pill.
250,000 mg's of CHILL.
No Xbox 360, I'm not interested in Tmobile@home. No I don't want to sign up for the army. If I wanted to register to vote, I'd have done that already. What?! download the new Mercenaries 2 Demo?! Something gaming-related?!?!?!
....gimme a break Microsoft, next thing I'll see, it'll be avatars with brand-name logos like Wal-Mart on the t-shirt front.
Nah, just click-out towards the Youtube site and it'll still be there.
I could swear that almost 95% of most games on XBL were P2P, otherwise there wouldn't be a huge debate about whether XBL should be free because P2P is always free.
The games you mentioned, I played just fine in all of them. The only game I had a problem with was Team Fortress 2, and that was more Valve's fault.
Konami making their own servers was their own fault, I still have no idea why Konami would elect to use their own servers. I participated in the beta and the ...
You can blind-fire a sniper rifle? I never tried doing that.....but yes, Halo 3 makes me feel better about my aiming.
*knock* *knock* -elaborate please.
Killing Covenant scum with a style of "cute-ness!"
That's his point of view on the subject, so you can either take it or leave it. What's worst than a fanboy is one with selective observations. I could say the very same for people that annoy others that don't make positive posts for Microsoft, or suggesting anything against Microsoft. That's what discussions are for and you just have to go with it. But that doesn't mean that you can't spot a troll when you see one. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, no matter how stupid you think it i...
I'm all for realism, but that's like ridiculous.
Flame away, but if I have a shotgun or a rifle within talking distance to the guy, I should be able to land accurate shots without having to aim down the sights. CoD4 practically forces you to aim down the sights for most of the entire game and I think that's dumb, it's like they dumbed down hip-fire for the sake of promoting the iron sights.
Just me though, I did manage to beat CoD4 on Hardened despite these short com...
Can I borrow your crystal ball? I wanna know the lottery numbers.
Where's N4G? I practically piss away my day at this site.
But it's ok, PS3's getting there. I've yet to see rain effects better than GeoW.
Girls not good looking enough for anything else. That picture makes my monitor look bad.
The 2x BR-Drive in all PS3s - Isn't
It's not about the graphics, it's about the art-direction and presentation of the game. Okami definitely deserves #1 for that. But I'd still have to say Crysis gets a personal choice for me just because nothing is more beautiful than photo-realism and beauty by nature, not artificial renditions of someone's vision, but the vision presented to you without action. That's true beauty. Oh..and fake boobs.
