I saw it on the trackers, but if there's a sliver lining here: it's that people really are anticipating SFIV. Honestly, if I could get the game as early as I can: I would definitely do it. Whether it's downloading it from a public tracker, or simply bribing a store clerk to sell me the game early.
In the end, can you really blame gamers who just want to play the game ASAP? I'd "almost" do sexual favors just to get a early copy of Killzone 2.

It's multi-threading in general. Our hardware is evolving too quickly. Hell we barely have current software that's fully-supported by the Quads, much less the Duals. My Q6600 still has plenty of untapped potential.

I'm aware of the legal constitutions of both examples. However the adrenaline rush knows no morality. Base Jumping is illegal, but people do it anyways. Of course, different ethic issues: however very similar principles.
I'm not advocating this in any way, but from a college perspective. -Sleeping with a 14 yr/old is the same equivalent as sleeping with a college professor or someone's mom.
