You guys should give Gaygamer a read. They have a entirely different perspective on this issue. A bit too radical for my tastes though.
I don't believe this specific lady is being oppressed: she's got caught for what she did and wants to ***** up a storm so that people will recognize her and pity her. At least that's how I feel. I live a life where the people who want pity, are the people we should be condemning instead. However it is the people whom silently endure are the ones we should open our arms to.
AFAIK, there isn't a direct verbatim quote available because we don't know the GT nor do we know the condition of the profile before Microsoft got involved. The only people who would be able to answer your question are those that were harassing her. But that's a needle in a haystack chance.
It wasn't the name of her GT that got her suspended. It's the fact that she wrote in her profile that she was a lesbian.
It's possible that people just "reported" her profile a bunch. 1. Being a girl online's going to get you attention like that. And 2. Because people see your profile: they also have the opportunity to report said profile. Sounds like the reporting system doing it's work. Also if you look at the ToS: the ToU clearly states not to put those things in your profile.

No dashboard shots? *sad*
preachin to ze choir. I prefer reviews that aren't 9s. I fell for the GTAIV hype based on "perfect" reviews and will never do that again. I find more information in looking for average reviews, rather than "good" reviews.
I thought the "attack the weak spot" was besides the point when it came to boss battles. I think the devs cared more about pitting "you" vs "big giant thingy" rather than providing you with a challenge. Hence the "paint the colors" gameplay. I didn't mind it at all. I genuinely like Lost Planet and eagerly await the sequel.
Same can be said about Killzone 2 as well. I'd be careful of using that kind of logic.
Software engineers deserve to be paid. Most people have no idea just how much work that goes into software development. The numbers of code that are being constantly rewritten is borderline priceless. It's that I pay at most $200 for such things. If you think Vista is expensive: don't even touch Adobe Creative Suite!
That said, I follow the same rules as VG's. If your product sucks: I won't buy it new.
....oh wait. *sad*
Take it.
I tell you. If you used pictured of women to grab attention. I won't click on the article. I'll just jump straight to the comments section. I don't support sites that use underhanded techniques like that. If I wanted softcore porn, I have my sources for that. I don't need it in my gaming news.
It cause of Red Steel that I often use the word "Gaijin" as an alias. It just sounds so BADASS!
I fear Google more than Microsoft. Unlike Microsoft: Google is practically everywhere and they're continuing to do so at an alarming rate. My fears will come to pass when Google releases their Cloud OS. I firmly believe that Cloud Computing will be the death of internet privacy. Would you trust a giant corporation with all your data and everything in your confidential files is at their whim?
This is a high case of "join the bandwagon".
P.S. -But then again....
All I know is that the moment I prep a computer for the end-user. I give them a disc with Firefox Setup. They install it: they start using it. Less than 5 minutes to do. I don't like defending consumer ignorance, if they can't learn about other options: that's their fault. Microsoft doesn't have to do jack. Unless Microsoft's OS forcibly prevents me from installing my own web browser, then I can see a case. The EU Commission is just making a mountain out of a mole hill and I hope they fail. J...
I won't ask out of respect then. Mr. Britton. Reminds me of James Bond.
If Target signed a contract as part of the reseller agreement that they will not sell the game before the street date. Then Sony can legally sue Target for breach of contract. Otherwise Sony can go **** themselves in any other case.
Someone will legally pay for this. But then again, perhaps Sony planned for all this? Breaking street date is good publicity for both the retailer, the publisher, and the product.
She has talent. AssCreed is probably one of the more deeper titles out there with numerous historical references. If you know your history, AssCreed is a pretty deep game and does a good job to work you (altair) into it.
Gameplay wise, I had much fun killing from above.
I'm glad the PS3 HDD is getting hacked. Now if you ever get the YLOD: you don't have to worry about losing your saves. You can use this app and backup your stuff to the PC.
