I don't even bother watching these numbers anymore, it's all gotten just too pathetic. I just keep an eye on the metacritic reviews, or even better, talk to people actually playing the games. Tells me all I need to know right there.
I shut off my tv during commercials, I sure as hell don't want to start seeing ads in games. It's the quickest way to get me to NOT buy your games anymore. Regardless of the insanity of advertisers I am not going to rush out and buy your dumbass product just because you advertise the crap everywhere.

I certainly didnt understand his need to 'buy a control pad to play'? I've been playing it on PC and have no problems with the controls and menus using keys/mouse.
I'm definitely not seeing any lag. From login to logout the game is smooth as silk for me on all levels and at high resolution.

I've always been hardcore on PC gaming since the beginning but to be honest, the industry just isnt giving us enough anymore and that just sucks. I even play my PS2 games on my PC instead of on my PS2.
I like being able to mod my system to make it running fast and do what "I" want with it as opposed to being "stuck with what they give me", but console games are looking a lot better graphics wise lately.

Can still use your controllers on a PC too. I just picked up a PS3 dualshock 2 controller and set it up on my pc to try and get used to it. Fraggin feels odd to me though and FPS is out of the question without my mouse!

How exactly did Halo "Revolutionize" anything? Yeah it was fun when it came out but what exactly does it do that other FPS's can't do to somehow say it revolutionized the FPS genre?

:Got a headshot in a major FPS game
:Coordinated a massive attack in a major RTS
:Spent TOO much of your life levelling in an MMO
:Ripped the head off an enemy in a balls out action game
:Rescued the princess (laugh)
