Is it just me or all those masked villains standing in front of younger protagonist is a little too similar to AC Shadows scene??
PS3 with Cell architecture was so ahead of its time. Still my favourite console and generation to date.

Can someone explain me the math here. 20 million copies x $60 = $1.2 billion max (assuming every copy was sold at $60 which it possibly couldn't).
Even Gta5/RDR2 didn't generate this much revenue in their first year even though they sold much more. Something is off here with this revenue calculation.
People are blowing it out of proportion way too early. DLCs should not win GOTY over full games especially if there are great contenders. But that doesn't mean that a legendary piece of DLC or expansion doesn't even deserve a GOTY nomination.
Because that is what Shadow of the Erdtree is. It is the highest rated DLC ever (to one of the highest rated games ever) and it is bigger than most of the single player games content wise. And it is not just filler content, it's goo...

ER won 4 times as much as GoW.
The article is non sense no doubt but Ragnarok was not toe to toe with Elden Ring. ER won 4 times as much goty as Ragnarok and winning almost all award ceremonies. It had a higher metacritic score. Critical acclaim for ER was much better than Ragnarok, not toe to toe.
I am absolutely thrilled to see this game getting stellar reviews but graphics being not upto the mark is something I am seeing in many reviews (even the ones which have given great scores). I really hope SE ups their game in technical consistency for the final part of trilogy.
