It's almost the exact same thing as last week, and the week before.
Not that I have anything wrong with these posts. At least they spark conversation. I just don't think much will change until the next big game arrives or possibly Home is released (I said possibly).

I don't recommend it though. You'll like it for about a week because you're running a different OS on your PS3, but you'll forget all about it after about a month.
I installed YDL on my PS3 about a year ago. I haven't used it in over half a year.
The only reason I haven't deleted it is because if I format my hard drive I will lose my save data for games that cannot be copied. I have no idea why you can't copy Rock Band save data but you can't.
It was great during the Great Game Drought of 07 because I had a SNES emulator, but once the games started to roll in for the PS3, I forgot it was even installed.

I'll never be comfortable with the EA juggernaut until another publisher can actually release a competitive NFL game to compete with Madden.
There is never anything good about sucking up the competition, and while a lot of people think they are trying to get their hands on GTA, they will get rid of a lot of competition when they take out 2K Sports.
That's how they would "sell more." They would buy out anything in direct competition to their product.
So they could afford making crazy offers to buy out other publishers.

It shortcuts to all of the full length movies on the site and there are a few Hd ones to download as well. Also, there's no sign-up or any of that crap. Just pick the movie, download, and you're done.
Of course, it will also stop working, so take advantage of it while you can.
I own a PS3 and an upscaling DVD player (Sony in fact) and the difference is very noticable.
The upscaling is great but it really doesn't compare when you have a tv that can show the difference.
I will give you the point the upconverters are much cheaper though. I got mine for only $70.
They are really trying to sell the PS3 specifically because of it's blu-ray capabilities.
It almost looked like a sermon happening in electronics, because one of the employees had caught a lot of attention when he was mentioning the fact that the PS3 played blu-ray, and the cheapest stand-alone they offered was over $320.
Seriously though. Why would anyone that wants a blu-ray player right now buy anything other than the PS3?
And there will be a new version with minute changes for each year following.
To make this have anything to do with PS3 vs. 360. And since you're all about what if's, have you put any thought about the chance that one day EA could release their own system? Why wouldn't you when you own that many developers? What will you say when EA pushes Sony and Microsoft out of the console business? What will you say when EA goes after Bungie? I bet you'll stop preaching about 360 haters and be more pissed off that your being charged $80 a game and microtransactions for every littl...

They will have an online like Home, except you will be charged to enter your Home.
You'll also be charged for each trophy you earn, and every trophy you do earn while playing an EA game will resemble some form of currency.
Lastly, you'll have to insert your credit card and then quickly pull it out of the front of the console before you play too.
The only thing that makes it even scarier is that it's very possible if this happens.
They probably wouldn't even try to be creative with the name either. It would just be called the
"EA Give Us All Of Your Money And Then Let Us Charge You For Microtransactions As Well."
Or the EA GUAOYATLUCYFMAW for short.
There never is a good response to them.
It would probably base what trophies you deserve on whatever save data you have.
EDIT-In the original Home video there is an example of a trophy for Warhawk and under the trophy it says "10,000 online kill" so I doubt we will be swimming in them if some of the goals are that steep.
I doubt they will all be that hard to get, but what's wrong with more trophies? I would love to get recognition for all the stuff I had done prior to Home going out. I don't...
My PS3 has been in that slot for almost a year and a half so your theory is nothing more than a theory.
Furthermore, I gave the 360 the widest portion so it had room to breathe and I even pulled it 1/3 of the way out every time before I turned it on so it would get even more airflow. It still sat perfectly horizontal every time I did.

That's how it started. I downloaded some games that would get my kids attention and when I started an ACME Arsenal demo it died. Then again. It finally got to the point of where it wouldn't even get to the dashboard.
