Video games inspire me to create art. i actually just finished a short film based on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. franchise. Books, motivate me as well, but with games being as immersive as they are, they just aren't quite as powerful, imo. The link for the short film is attached!
The campaign is no Half Life, but dammit it wasn't the worst, most incredibly generic FPS single-player campaign that articles like this so desperately try to prove. You know what I think? I think it's your lame, lazy attempt at a web site that needs more substance!
I am primarily a PC gamer with over $800 of GPU power in my rig and I wholeheartedly agree. Disregarding things like true 1080p+ and 16xAA, 16xAF, very few PC games whether exclusive to the platform or not look as polished as the Uncharted series on PS3. PC's are only ever superior through sheer brute force; not so much efficiency and ingenious programming.
Thanks for the reply. That's really strange though; why wouldn't the 11.11c fixes be in 11.12? Just to be clear though: Are you certain that 12.1 preview contains everything from 11.11c as I play BF3, RAGE, Arkham City and Skyrim regularly as well.
May seem like a stupid question, but does the 12.1 preview driver include what is implemented in 11.12? If so, why wouldn't anyone install 12.1?

Exactly. Though if that turns out to be the case, there's still an obvious improvement in graphics here. From lighting, to textures, animations, etc..
The edges are too smooth and the level of detail is sharp both near and far to be real time quality. Its got to be per-rendered in-engine footage. Evan Wells said nothing about rendered in real-time on PS3, just captured. Don't go twisting tweets for hits now.
Next Gen can wait, after all.

Phenom ii x4 @ 3.2ghx and (2) 5870s in CF.. runs smooth on ultra in MP and SP @ 1920x1080 no AA.
