I remember when they said the Orange Box was an unplayable mess on the PS3 i'll guess allot of PS3 didn't buy it because of that.
it's a shame because i bought it a few years back and it's nowhere near as bad as the media made it out to be, aside from the loading in between checkpoints which was about 3 seconds max the game ran fine for me , it wasn't the unplayable mess the media had made it out to be.

Heres the deal, 360 and PS3 owners have no real reason to buy a console that plays games that they already own or can already play with zero graphical difference.

Really , In some games i found move to be incredibly accurate, better than Wii motion plus, however in some games i found it to be pretty much broken, rendering some games almost unplayable.
The way i've seen it motion control depends on how well the developer uses it e.g, Red Steel was half assed, Metroid Prime 3 was phenomenal

Another Doom article ? usually I would somewhat agree with you, but the last month has been filled with Wii-U doom articles, it's a miracle that the media even cares to criticise PSASB, when a supposed next gen system has a slower CPU than last gen consoles.
Well that was last year, this year has been pretty bland for the PS3 , arguably it's weakest year, but in every console's lifetime your gonna get a bland year, the Wii's had one for what like 2 years , 360 had 2009 and 2011 and arguably 2012 if you remove the obvious iteration of Halo.
Next year is gonna be much more stronger, the final swan song, just a$$ loads of games to look forward to.
Dude do you have any idea how late 2014 at the earliest would be ? that's almost 10 years after the 360 , that's insane and theres no way in hell Microsoft or Sony for that matter are gonna give Nintendo a 2 year head start at the very least.
Realistically all 3 next gen consoles should have been released by now, let alone officially announced, this generation has gone on for way too long, the next gen is long overdue.
