Obviously to people like me and you the PS3 was worth the price tag and was a worthy investment, but to the average joe $600 was extremely steep. especially when at the time the 360 offered the gamer so much more.
The PS4 price tag won't be a problem to me I'll buy it regardless but again to the average joe, they will be looking at affordability especially in today's economic climate

I guess so, the sad reality is most console games this gen can barely handle 30 fps in basic HD, 60 fps in 1080p as a standard for consoles next gen seems like a huge hurdle to jump, so I honestly don't get why people would say that. So yes 30fps is dine so long as it's a standard thats maintained.
Track record is important, but then again games like Killzone 2 and hitman 2 have proved other wise, that said i'm rooting for GTA 5

1. I Know Mario Galaxy, Skyward Sword look good but then considering the cartoony art style of those games they better look good, that said there are still games on the Original Xbox and PC that I played way back in 02/04 that imo look as good if not better than the best the Wii has to offer
2. HD really wouldn't make that much of a difference because like i said those old games still would hold...

I actually got down to playing Crysis 1 on my friends PC, it was a good game nothing amazing imo I found it to be an EXTREMELEY overrated game, maybe because for the past 4 years its the only game that i've heard PC elitists brag about.
