FF7, MGS 4 and especially Limbo made me break a tear the last 2 were absolutely depressing
Yeah if I had 10k now that'll go straight to my Masters fee, that said Uncharted 2 is relatively new game just imagine how much it'll cost in 10-20 years time I would probably keep it for that matter.

Forza is a better game overall but GT5 is a better simulator, I think thats what people mean if you read the comments people are comparing the two based on the simulation aspect.

I would like it to be a CGI animated movie aswell maybe direct to DVD like Final Fantasy Advent Children if anyone saw it temember the final fight between Cloud and Sephiroth? Now imagine that betwern Ares and Kratos but with tons more blood.
If there was a hollywood movie I wouldnt look forward to it because I know it would be heavily toned down, look at the scope of GOW if transitioned into film it would cost way over 100 million dollars but these days Hollywood rarely fund...

CODs appeal is its fast arcade gameplay combined with its miltoplayer which come on now does have some depth
I used to just hate on the franchise but now I just dont care, ive never bought any of the games personally and dont plan to in the future that said many people enjoy them regardless if the franchise milked, in the end its their money not ours let them spend it on what they want instead of whining about someonelses purchase on the internet.

It's not even like their games are that great to begin with, the way they went on you would think they were on the level of Valve, Id, or Blizzard
But their games are just so meh and yes I've played the PC version of Crysis. Their games to me are nothing more than just over glorified tech demo's. Bottom line they are an overrated and overhyped gaming developer
That can be further backed by the Wii having the lowest attach rate of any console this gen and according to a neilson study it's also the least used console of the gen. I mean look at the top 20 best selling games on the system, the vast majority of all the games sold on the Wii can be attributed to just those 20 games.
I don't think it's fair to assume that the Next Xbox will suffer the same hardware issues as the 360. People seem to forget that the PS2 also had pretty abysmal hardware although no where near as epic as the 360's that said it never stopped people buying the PS3 at launch or buying the PS3 period, did the PS3 suffer from poor hardware like its predecessor ? no it didn't.
Another thing is the 360 was clearly rushed into the market to capitalize on the generatio...
So how much work goes into polished, bug free games that we consider great ? There are tons of examples for this.

The 1st point is hardly irrelevant especially seeing as he has no sources/ links to back it up, and even if it did exist It wouldn't have been that relevant for gaming at the time
2nd The number 1 thing that people b!tched about on the PS3 early in its release was it's pricing son Sony made a very logical decision which is based on the facts that..

You guys never saw anything special about the games physics, AI, story, level design, the ingenious physics based environmental puzzles, lengthy campaign, gravity gun.

GOW 3 is one of the best games I've played this generation, I've yet to play Acension.
@A_Squirrel thanks for the insight in you're comment but can you or anyone that's played Acension give me an honest un-biased answer, Is this game better or weaker than GOW 3,
COD is so overhated you cant even call it overrated anymore, GTA, and especially Assassins Creed does the exact same thing but wheres the constant flaming, that those games get.
Don't get me wrong I LOVE GTA, I think AC is ok, and I think COD is decent time waster but the latter gets way to much hate for what it is.
That said I would prefer if sequels were released every 3-5 years, 2 years is starts to feel routine, and annually just isn't exciting.
R3 was everything that made RFOM great but better IMO it was gritty, it was dark it was twisted, it had superb weapons it had great narration it had great online, the only thing it was missing was R2 superb 8 player co-op besides that the game was great , one of the more overlooked Ps3 games
