I think who really made this decision was Yoichi Wada. He seemed to have a thing for the 360. He probably made the decision to make these games exclusive. I honestly think AAA games with a budget like Assassin's Creed can be done, but they need to be done WAAAAAAY less this next gen. Annual releases of stuff like AC and COD are just straight up retarded.
