Graphical power isn't everything, but they do matter to quite a big extent.

The 1st party exclusives on PS4 will look better than the ones on the XB1 and 2-3 years into the gen, multiplats will look and run better on PS4. Keep in mind the Dark Sorcerer tech demo was only using 4GB of GDDR5 RAM. The PS4 has 7GB available for games. Imagine that. I also want to see Japanese 3rd parties take more and more advantage of the PS4. I think if it means ditching XB1, do it. Western...

Well, if I'm honest, bad competitors shouldn't compete. I've said this before but Microsoft have been using dirty tactics for a while. They even raided the Nintendo E3 best buy thing. And I'd rather not see MS moneyhat.

Honestly, I think instead of completely buying studios and devs, Sony should lock lots of Japanese 3rd party exclusives, especially since all the JRPG fans such as myself have PlayStation. Like Square Enix for instance. I'm already loving FF15 and KH3, but I'm just annoyed their on the Xbone. I think it's because for now, Sony is using 1st party games as a selling point and then using some of the money from that to lock 3rd party exclusives. I know that KH3 and FFXV will run, look...

Exclusive launch titles the PS4 just do it for me... for now. I'm looking forward to Infamous SS, but it's a launch window. FF15 and KH3 are my most anticipated titles, but I expect FF15 to be out Summer 2014-Q1 2015. KH3, late summer 2015-late 2015. I'm still going for PS4, because in the long run, I know they'll have more and better exclusives.

If Sony lock Japanese 3rd party exclusives (which I think they'll do later on), then yes, it is.

You serious? Nintendo's got too much money.

I can feel the thirst... Lol. Guys don't get too thirsty.

No, they don't. They didn't listen to the fans. You would've thought the #DealWithIt situation they would've scrapped their plans. They probably did, by making it a 24 hour check in, instead a full internet connection requirement. Them the public backlash came. It was only till they saw the pre-orders. And for any1 that says 'Sony was gonna do it too!' needs to shut up. Sony debunked this DRM back at the reveal of the PS4. I've been seeing people say Sony changed t...

Oh yeah that's true. Sony announced at the reveal that none of the DRM would happen I know. I was just wondering what that patent was. Lol

That patent in January must've been for the 4k video players.

Huh?

Sweet. So basically at E3, the PS4 was incomplete and the game is still in a sort of pre alpha form? If that's the case, we'll probably see games like Infamous SS and Watch Dogs run at 60fps on PS4!

Ryse? Really? Now, listen the graphics are know where near bad, but they aren't amazing. It also looks so linear. And the quick time events are the main part of the gameplay. In other words, you have no control over your combat choices. Maybe they have different levels without as many QTE's but if they don't, Xbox fans are in for a very repetitive game. Might as well call it Ryse of the QTE's.

I'm a huge PlayStation and Nintendo fan, but Nintendo's exclusives belong to Nintendo. End of story.

I saw the gameplay for Infamous Second Son... confirmed pre-order. Just wondering, since the PS4 devkits AT E3 were incomplete, do you think this game will run better than it did at E3?

Dafuq? I'm not saying Sony is perfect. Did I say anything about the PS4 controller? NO. Did I say the PS4 was beautiful? NO. Did I say Nintendo has less money than Sony? NO. Did I say I WANT to pay for online (Even though I don't use it much anyway)? NO. And BTW, I've seen your comments before and you seem like an Xbox fan. Is Microsoft innocent when it comes to copying competitors? NO. All of your claims are personal opinions (Apart from the paid online and Sony selling buildings...

It doesn't matter whether Rare was developing the game or not at this point. Nuts and bolts anyone?

4625d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Well, I think new IP's are good. They bring in new development experiences that can be factored into franchises. Like if they made a new IP before they made Watch Dogs 2 (probably the Division), they could use some of the experience from that new IP into Watch Dogs 2.

Listen, I'm a huge fan of Nintendo and Sony. But honestly, the Nintendo fanboys need to stop defending them every step of the way. Nintendo should've made there big 1st party games as launch titles or launch windows. If they had a full fledged Zelda on release, they would've sold an untold amount of units. If something like Mario Kart was on release... you don't even wanna know. Then after that, it 2014, they could've been working on stuff like Metroid and maybe even new...
