About the whole digital transition, do you mean you think disc based games will go away?
Lol no.
Oh yes, next gen needs more IPs. Don't get me wrong, some sequels are great, like FFXV, KH3 and Mirror's Edge 2. But sequels to stuff like COD where nothing can really be improved or polished is pointless. While I do think sequels need to happen this next gen, it has to be WAAY less than this gen. One thing that I did notice is that there are a lot of open world games for next gen. Maybe they'll take the spotlight and maybe we'll se lots of new open world IPs.
That's fine. I will say that MS did show more exclusives at E3. I mean, I'm not getting the XB1, but that's a fact.
And you're accusing me of bashing them when they said wait till E3?
Also, remember when everyone was bashing Nintendo fans when they said wait till E3. And then after the Xbox One reveal, the Xbox supporters were like wait till E3?
Dunno why people are saying Sony don't have any exclusives, because they didn't need to go Ham at E3 and the PS3 has waay more exclusives than the 360.
I see a lot of guys bashing the PS4's launch games. Say what ya want, but the real showing will be Gamescom. No damage control. Yeah, right now from what I've seen the only first party game that's blown me away is Infamous. I'm gonna be patient though because gamescom and TGS will be awesome for Sony.
Well... I think Nintendo can afford to lose at least 2 gens consecutively. Nintendo just needs to step their game up. BIG TIME.
Did I say this is payback? Lol no. The point of this blog is, to show people that calling people fanboys and saying they have no proof automatically by twisting what they say. And I said I don't care if they were trying to lead the market with DRM. I want freedom in my console end of story. It's funny too. EA has done a few good things here and there. Like Mirror's Edge for next gen consoles. That's so important because it needs to show that different games can be better than ...
Its a very controversial topic, but in the end, when the DRM was in play, everyone was saying the exact same thing as me and you.
Well, that's quite surprising! IGN mostly covers western games and Xbox covers that. I wrote a blog and got a lot of backlash and you know what, that's fine. Because when all of these DRM policies were in play, people were probably thinking the exact same thing as I was. And then they reverse and everyone loves M$ again.

No... I dread to think of that...

You'll find out by reading this. And didn't I say the original Xbox and 360 helped where Sony and Nintendo are today? One other thing, yes they pushed online gaming, but they pushed it too much. It's because of things like too much online gaming that's pulling back innovation. Every game now seems to have online multiplayer. Even FFXV and KH3 might. That's a ...
Didn't you read the end of the post?
'I guess with the original Xbox and in some cases the 360 have put Sony and Nintendo where they are today'.
As for the moneyhats, explain Tales of Vesperia. As for the gimped multiplats, explain every multiplatform game between the PS3 and 360. Sony screwed up big time with the CELL processor, but the PS3 was more powerful than the 360. So yes, gimped multiplats.
To address the FPS thing and everything else you said, you...
Guys look http://n4g.com/user/blogpos...
Cool. You'll be surprised by this one.

:)
No I don't. People can pick up 10 Xbox Ones for all I care. I'm just saying. We don't need them here. And I have a blog I'm about to release so stay tuned for that.
This is an AMAZING blog. This is exactly what I mean. We don't need M$ here. We really don't. Just wondering, did you see my blog on the whole 'competition is good for the industry' statement?
Mobile games are BS anyway. Angry birds can't kill off Zelda, Uncharted or even Halo. No way.
It looks cool and all, but I just want them to finish the hell up with the XIII series. I wanna see them put 100% effort into FFXV.
