Doesn't really matter given tempest is built in to ps5 with its own processing unit and is apparently easier for devs to add support for into games. Just look at resident evik- no support for 3d audio on xbox but does have it on ps5. Do devs have to pay a fee to use dolby in their titles?
Thank god the original games 4 felt quite restrictive and was rather annoying imo
I think you are very optimistic that we gat anything more than a pretenders cutscene or a cg trailer.
@chiefjohn117 of its development? No. If its formal announcement? Yes. @DJStotty I'd like to believe it will be shown at E3 but let's be honest.... I expected it to be there last year or on their presentation last september/october.... instead we got a clip reel of devs and half made environments around Xmas time I think it was the game awards so maybe we get a new cg trailer or a pretenders cutscene using the engine. But I don't see us getting any gameplay
So the Nathan Drake collection is clearly going to release first... followed by uncharted 4. End of the day you are looking at a 6 year old game and waits of like 2- 3 years for new titles. Seems reasonable to me.
So un I'm gonna go out there and say it but - waste of resources much..? You are making an action adventure right qith real time sword combat... who is gonna be looking at the sky/clouds much/at all?
Yeah in 2025 at this rate lol 2 years and all we've actually seen is some clouds.
@camel_toe they can't make heavenly sword 2 Sony own the ip. Sony allowed then to keep senua's sacrifice ip because the agreement was timed exclusivity for one year only.
Apparently it's someone who is unhappy Sony haven't made any new laptops titles loool wtf? I swear there are some morons out there...
They have to act as if nothing has happened... legally. Failing todo so could see any purchase or merger fall through or they could accidentally break the law and as a consequence be in deep shit.
Ofc it was they are hardly going to tell us the story of future entries.
Ridiculous idea apart from anything else all you'd wind up doing is making pc gane sales look all he more crucial. I don't expect we will see titles like uncharted, the last of us or God of war make the jump. I'm sure bloodborne will though because we know there is an audience on pc for that title.
Disagree stoy felt pretty self contained and felt like it was done bae like 1 strand left todo with the hazmat suit guys but its neither here nor there abd bot something that it matters particularly if it is expanded upon or just left as a mystery.
He'll already was announced a year and a half ago and 6 months ago they still had nothing to show... so I wouldn't hold your breath there. State of decay is alright but it's hardly an AAA title.so basically the only things there you can rely on are grounded exiting preview and forza and halo in terms of big AAA titles and a few smaller indie titles...
I mean it MUST it might be small but the very fact the game is still open but suspended means it must be using memory...
@Obscure_observer: Erm a forza game releases pretty much every year and halo games whilst they have become less frequent don't really seem to improve much (I mean when they laast showed infinite it looked like a few steps backwards). There was the ratchet and clank remake in 2016 which sold at a reduced price point. The last mainline game that this one is a sequel to released in 2013 and that was a download only title that marketed at half the price of a full game because it was more of a...
"More choice for 3d audio" tempest audio supports all headsets and is planned to roll out eventually to support TV speakers and then surround sound systems - so basically everyone playing on ps5 the aim is they will eventually all have 3D audio no matter how they are listening... so um I have no idea what you are on about. Currently I can pick any headset and have 3D surround sound..
Having dejavu here... anyone remember crackdown 3 and it's "power of the cloud" that would make it the second coming... and all the people that wouldn't accept it wasn't going to be what it was being billed as. The delays that got to then quietly release and get bad reviews....
Yhing is they had quite a few projects in development at start of xbox one generation. Problem is how many actually released and were any good? How many of the cooler looking games got canned after a year or 2 of delays etc. The issue is they've shown literally no gameplay for anything Senuas Sacrafice 2 they announced at the game awards 2019 as a next gen title Sony at the same time announced the third party next gen exclusive (I forget the name of it, it didn't get the vest receptio...
@orchard the gap is smaller because of chip shortage. Even with manufacturing constraints the pa5 is reportedly outselling the xbox more than 2:1.
