Didn't they say that "It was well worth the contents of the box"? And now that the price has gone down...
It's just an invitation with the logos of the sponsors on it. Sony doesn't sponsor games unless they are first party. We've always known this and Sony has always stood by that. This is no different.
I like how they used the word "mere". For the difference in instlal base I think that that's actually quite admirable.
I don't think a Microsoft price cut would affect Playstation 3 sales if they were to drop their price as well.
Funny how it's not even the same boot process. This comparison fails on all levels.
Uhhh, that section of the blog just displays the discussions threads that have recently been discussed. It has nothing to do with Official Sony.
So Microsoft says they want both formats to fail, but still tries to advertise the one it's backing? Very intelligent. *Cough*
This is how EA and Ubisoft are able to unload so many games during the course of a year, quantity vs quality.
Sounds like a publicity stunt to me, trying to seem as if they really want to find out what's wrong. Just showing their faces once in awhile to pretend as if they cared.
Home only "looks" like the sims and second life, it isn't an actual simulation of either game. It's an online community much like live, HOWEVER it is represented by sprites and not "gametags". It allows for more direct communication with other Playstation Network entities and allows for a multitude of functionality and expandable for the future...
Yes, everyone wants gaming NOW, however, once you reach the future, isn't that going to be "NOW" somed...
To some, it was a pretty good series for some Playstation 2 gamers out there.
It's fake, every official Sony announcement like that usually is formatted accordingly. There is usually the REGISTERED logo next to PLAYSTATION.... Like PLAYSTATION® NETWORK. Also, they wouldn't send messages via PSN, they would just give you the beta without you knowing.
No, they only replace the "heatsink" in defective 360's returned to them (actually they put them into refurbished ones and keep yours). They don't offer new heatsinks in new consoles and probably never will. They'll wait for their "next" console and add in proper cooling for once.
Hardware Reliability?
2 hours and change? What've they got to show... Hmmmmm...

I guess Homeland security doesn't have to worry about failure rates now.. =) *chuckle*
I'd have to agree with you, they don't state "brand new - sealed".
Blame the third parties, it's not Sony's job to "make" demos for the third parties. If the third parties develop them and hand them over to Sony then Sony will put them up.
2 additional SIXAXIS (3 in total)
2 games
That's not bad...
