To bad the load times weren't fixed. In the BETA they drove me absolutely insane. The game seems fantastic and I will probably buy it but they MUST address these load times.

I'm tired of the "something big is coming" BS for months only to find out its a crap announcement on all levels.
This is sad, on so many levels. Blizzard who has made a killing off gamers is ready to rape them even more. They could have easily released this for a couple bucks and still made a huge profit, but instead they go big and I mean big to get every penny they can off something that cost them very little to make.
The gamers who purchased this hurt every other gamer in gaming by making this purchase as well, showing companies they can charge whatever they want and still turn a profit....

The fact that HOME still exists voids the fail arguments all together. While it may "fail" in your book it obviously doesn't fail in Sony's book. Multi-billion dollar companies like Sony, Microsoft and any others don't last as long as they do by allowing programs that fail to continue, they get replaced or tossed. HOME is still here and Sony is obviously making money off of it, regardless of whether it lives up to your expectations or not.

I've got a launch 60gb and its working fine. Oddly we are just now seeing these complaints when the update was released days ago? I doubt Sony will lose much if any money in law suits considering I read somewhere recently on the ps forums a section from the usage agreement that they can cancel some services or something at any time.

Yeah you won't be able to play as core DC heroes/villains. You create characters to fight along side or against them.
Your in for a treat then. Highly recommend doing it how you plan, from #1 - #3 to get the full story. Every game is exciting and its amazing how much better they get as you go :)
MAG is a great game, like all it has pros / cons but I think its pros far out weight the cons. Not many games keep me playing them for a long period of time and wanting to come back to it. MAG does that and I love it.

The PSP does a lot of things, and while it may not do any of them better then anything else out there it does them very well, and it does have very good games.
But people who are hating on the system or say Sony shouldn't bother are just idiots. Competition promotes better products for us, the consumers, and without the PSP or other handheld advancements before it and what will come after it we'd be stuck with the original Gameboy, great in its day but a paperweight at best now. ...
The article isn't about a specific game and it even mentions Sony in the beginning. As a consumer I'm betting Microsoft would like me to check out articles about their product so yeah, I'm in the XBox section reference this post.
Sony products have been good for me, I own several of them. I don't reward companies like Microsoft, who knowingly put out a faulty product, nickle and dime people to death, with my money. I stick to what has been good to me and it isn't Microsoft.
Sony has already said PSN as it stands now will always be free so your points about when they add something we'll all be paying is bogus. Yes, when they add new features there will probably be a subscription service but you won't have to pay for it if you don't want. The key here being OPTIONS.
The service you have now will remain free, they've said it repeatedly.
Sony has already said you'll never have to pay for the things you currently enjoy, ie playing multiplayer free over PSN. If you want anything they may offer in the future then yes, those things may come at a price, but standard PSN use to play games will always be free.
I'm fine with all the "sun blown up it's ass" because it deserves it. Nothing wrong with that.
Only because this has to be said before all the idiots, and notice I said idiots because it doesn't matter what console you own, I'll say this:
Before you slam HOME, hate on Sony, say its stupid, etc etc etc remember its FREE and you DON'T HAVE TO USE IT. To each his own. Some people love social apps like this and are having a ball in HOME, so I'm happy for them. I don't use it regularly but appreciate that its there if I wanted to.

I completely understand what they are doing and saying. But what happens when it kills the used game market or severely hampers it, why can I see them then saying "we are no longer making a good amount of money from uses game online pass cards so now instead of $60 for a new game we will charge $70 to include the $10 online pass".
You know they will do it and "their" justification will be because their service is just that good, even if it is shit.
