GTA IV is going to be revolutionary all over again and releasing on two platforms at the same time will mean TONS of sales. More than Halo 3.
But yeah its been awhile since Diablo 2 and Too Human looks like its going to be a real successor with its skill trees and hack and slash goodness.
Can't wait. And being able to keep your character in two more sequels will be even better.

-Metal Gear Solid 4 matched if not exceded by GeOW2
-Killzone 2 matched by Fable 2 (first games in both series consider more hype than greatness. Both sequels "LOOK" good)
-LittleBigPlanet the XNA games do a good job of matching up. LBP looks good but still unproven
-Resistance 2 great game but is pretty much mat...

Both 360 and PS3 are great consoles. Anyone that says otherwise has a lack of self worth that makes them root for a corporate team like sheep.
Okay I'll take the Pepsi challenge. Name the PS3 games that have been confirmed for this year. Don't try and throw FFXIII or GT5 in there. Come on.
As far as proven great games the line up is pretty much matched up. The rest are unproven new IP's with no release date and multiplatform games.

The fact is both consoles will have a great year. Anego will list off a bunch of PS3 games but 90% of them haven't even been confirmed for this year.

Because they don't have a replaced available at the announcement is pretty clear this happened without much planning. When Moore left they announced his permanent replacement at the same time.
Who replaces Phil will be a big deal.

I like my PS3 as well but there is zero excuse by now 15 months after launch. You act like the PS3 hasn't been in development for 5 years or more. Its like they didn't even start working on in game voice chat until after they saw the 360 had it... Maybe they figured it wasn't needed and just started when people started complaining. Either way its taking way too long. Its really holding back the online experience.

Thank you for being an honest Sony fan. I love my PS3 as well but I'll be getting GTA IV on my 360 because of this extra content.
Far as I'm concerned I'd play $60 a piece or whatever Rockstar and MS come up with becuase... I'm a hardcore GTA fan and I'm 100% confident whatever it is it will be WELL WORTH THE MONEY.
If these corporate vultures ruin the GTA franchise the gates of hell will open and eat EA alive. That all every gamer left that doesn't already hate EA will see the light of day.
