Well, if BF6 returns to its roots, and is like BF3 or BF4, they're going to be loved by the community again. BF1 wasn't that bad, either. BF5 is though.

Other stuff sounds good though. Scorestreaks are back. 150 health is a big ? since what if weapons deal more damage? Also, from the sounds of it, Treyarch is bringing COD back to run 'n' gun, which is good.
That shouldn't be a bad thing, right? I just find it weird how small a push Square Enix is giving to this game.

The main issue with this is how sucky the marketing has been. This is Marvel! It should be super easy to market and yet, Square is fudging it up.
Yep. I agree. I mean, if it's MP, it's fine. But even for single-player? I have a friend whose kid plays their PS4 offline for security reasons. Will need to tell him to connect their PS4 online at least once for this since the kid is a big Marvel fan.
The gameplay reveal actually piqued my interest once more. Thie marketing for this game has been terrible though. It doesn't feel like a game that's going to be released in three months.

It's a revenge story, and yeah, it's a story that's not really needed. I assumed we were going to meet someone who can help cure the virus, and go from there or something. Something bigger.

Yeah, it had a solid story and game mechanics. I remember the controls weren't smartly implemented, and every time you respawned, the animation was so long.
I completed it and kinda liked it. Controls were iffy but overall, I dug it. Shame Dyack was crazy. xD

I agree with this. This is the main crux of it: most people were led to believe Joel and Ellie were together for a majority part of the game given how old Joel looked.
That would be fun but I don't think anyone would be OK with this given how almost everything offends people these days.
I agree, If you check Reddit, most are annoyed at this 'change" as well given it promised something, and gave something else in terms of playable characters, etc.
