fox is just doing it for the ratings...
EA debating this with them on their network is a win-win for Fox.
Now if they were to argue/debate this on another network, then EA should do it..... otherwise, EA has no reason to give rating to a network that tried to deliberately damage their reputation

I wish this site would stop being so damn petty. I own a xbox, and i'm not buying a PS3 only because I'm not rich, and the 360 plays games of equal quality as the PS3, but to go on and on about this is pointless..... lets go back to arguing about the meaningless stuff, like MGS4 coming to 360 or PS3 awesome lineup for 08, but not as meaningless as this.

if there is lag like in orange box, or updated textures like in oblivion, or obvious differences like in splinter cell.... then ok...
but they look the same....and if future games look this then that great for all of us...as long as htere wont be that obvious diff is some games like in the last gen between xbox and ps2

umm.... it is the PS3's fault for the delay... same with many games being made for PS3. because although PS3 is a highly advanced piece of machinary, its a also the biggest pain in the arse to code for.
why do you think the 360 gets most demos first, and timed exclusives by default.... once the developers know how to program maybe the delays will stop, and we will see same day releases without delays like last gen.
i remember back then every ps3 fan was screaming the delay was due to the 360 lack of hard drive... its good to know the FACT that the delay is due to the PS3.
and i believe this is 360 biggest game of the year, not only because it takes alot of thunder away from the PS name, because everyone knows GTA was a franchise that was synonymous with PS, but also becasue its getting the exclusive content. shouldn't compare forza to gt.... even the makers of GT said they aren;t going for the realism/simulation that forza is.
GT is more about graphics and arcade/simulation
think cod or medal of honor, but with open environemts and objectives that can be accomplished in no specific order. The graphics remind me of Timeshift, and is supposed to have some great multiplayer.
I played the demo, and so did a bunch of my friends/co-workers... and the open sandbox type gameplay for a cod4 type of game worked really good.
i'm looking for this game, R6V2 and condemned... and its a nice surprise to get another exclusive for the 360 by default

i've been saying for a long time, M$ best offense in this format war is their price point advantage.... and since there is the inevitable price drop for the 360 coming... it should be able to hit the sweet spot mass market price of $199 soon (at least for the arcade)
BUT... if PS3 drops to $299... as much as I encourage everybody to get a 360, it just can not compete with the ps3 at that price with blu-ray/wireless, 6 blu-ray movies included and motion controller.

you just cant have th 360 priced competively against the ps3 when its got blu-ray/wireless included.
lower the price $80 on all sku's making the arcade under 200 means the massmarket will be jumping in

The fact you can play 4 player-co op puts it above cod4 for me.
as i stated before, I have YET to see a game on PS3 that amazed me, and/or that proved you need blu-ray/hard drive... the fact that MGS4 is constantly rumored to be coming to 360 and most likely will at some point should be reason enough that even the PS3 FLAGSHIP title can be done on the 360. Up to date PS3 best game and best graphics is a multi on 360 (COD4)

great for xbox...they deserved it for 2007 without a doubt because of the games....ps3 can not compete with AAA exclusives like Halo 3, Bioshock, Mass Effect and Forza in one year.
anyways... as much as I love my 360, lately I just can't justify it against the ps3 in 2008 unless they do a price drop immediately!!!.

Im guessing they are waiting for some special event like GDZ in Feb or the release of GTA4 for the price drop ..... but sucks that in over 2 years the best they came up with was a 50 buck price drop while the PS3 has had like 2 price drops within the first year.
Its at a point now, because of Blu-Rays victory, the PS3 is looking way more attractive now... and the 360 really needs to show a difference in price now. I mean an elite is more than a ps3?? i'm definitely a 360 owner...
this is definitely what the 360 needs for this year....
although there are many many games I want this year, some multi (condemend 2, star wars, frontlines) that i really want, so far i'm not too siked up about any of the exclusives except Alan Wake and Banjo... but Gears?! Yeah, i'll be in line waiting for the midnight launch for that game
