Even I gotta admit, this is a good time to buy a ps3 at that price.

But I just got the Xbox 360 elite with two games and two face covers last week at Dell.com for $299 with FS...
but damn... this is very very tempting... because I still need a blu-ray player :)
so the demo isn't really free... unless you think buying advent children and them including the demo for "free" is actually free.
that sucks for ps3 owners... first you guys gotta pay for GT prolouge, which in itself was a demo, and now this.
Well, at least they didn't try to milk MGS4 with demos... but they are trying to milk that horrible online game i heard.
I have to rent it and give it a real chance, but its definitely not a DAY 1 purchase for this year....

Definitely get the 360 if your a gamer... Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 will be EPIC!! and then you can go back and get Mass Effect and Halo 3 :)
I also see you included Fallout 3 as one of your games you'll get if you don't get the 360... you do know that the exclusive downloadable content for fallout will be available this fall only for the 360 along with the DLC for GTA4.

On one hand it sucks thats PS3 is so expensive and out of reach to the mass market, as in the MILLIONS of playstation fans that supported PS1 and PS2 and are buying the cheaper Wii and Xbox 360 to play games... thus the reason it is in THIRD place WORLDWIDE.
on the other hand "maybe" in a couple of years when the PS3 drops down in price it might give PS3 a big boost... now of course thats a big MAYBE... because i...
