This will sell Switches as its the ideal parents vs kids game, so +1 for each household. Also its got more mass appeal than RDR or Spiderman.I can imagine commuting Dads playing Smash to get better to beat their kids, while commuting kids do the same to beat their friends. Could become huge.

You guys always make it sound as if the NUMBER OF GAMES is a reason to stick to the PS4. As if any player likes every game or genre.On Switch there is two games I would play, on PS4 there are two. On the Xbox its three. I got two Xboxes for the family because I love Sea of Thieves and Gears and prefer the controller. No Uncharted nor Last of Us would get me to buy another set of PS4s.

I am looking forward to the exclusives, but I am also confident that the next Xbox will be the best next gen console. The One X shows MS commitment, and a fresh start with new IPs is coming, without leaving Halo etc in the dust. MS simply took some wrong decisions and underestimated what shitstorm this would create.Not gonna happen again. Wait for State of Decay the MMO :)

If portability is so important for everybody, great. But as a couch coop console, its a step backwards from WiiU, which came with its own display and let two people play the same game with two screens. Rayman Legends is so much better on the WiiU because of that. Now Nintendo is back on the money train instead of really broadening whats possible on a console. The Switch is like Call of Duty 17, sticking to old tropes from Wii times.

Haha, save file interferes with online ranking and tradeable item. Nintendo shows they have NO CLUE about online, servers and multiplayer stuff. Maybe take a course at Bungie's or Digital Extremes ? Or maybe they just want to charge developers extra, to be allowed to use Nntendo's revolutionary online cloud save feature, and some devs dont want to pay for that ? I wouldnt be surprised.
