I like the game very much, it has this old school vibe to it and is very uncomplicated.Plus, the art direction is cool.
Heard the campaign is 40 hours. Not too bad.Clearly high production values in this one.For me, the feeling just isnt there.
Guys, You need to see things for what they really are: the reasons for these poor sales are Apex Legends, Fortnite and Pubg.
I find it to be a sad choice to make these javelins so much like classes in Destiny, and their visual design is so unappealing, like Warframe.
There is no 4 player coop.
The part with the codex things and the tombs told me what I wanted to know. Its all a bloated hot air balloon. I mean, why would I seriously have to kill x things to open a tomb ? Also, I want to experience the story, not read codex whatevers. Currently playing Strange Brigade, which does some more immersive puzzles.
Ever seen Black Desert ?
Just confirms for me what I was wondering all along. Those 90 million PS4 buyers barely buy games. I really dont know were that success came from, but maybe a third of those are actually gamers.
I wish they had used the POTC to make it more alive looking, You know, crowd simulation etc
How does it compare to Agents of Mayhem ?
Let's just say that none of the currently available consoles has the perfect out if the box solution: an induction charged battery that loads in two hours, holds for 40 and never looses capacity.
Not gonna happen.
The money in console games doesnt come from consoles sold but from software sold. They simply need the console sales to drive software sales. The probably earn a certain amount through third party games, but basically what they need is Smash x3 each year. GoW, RDR2, Fortnite and Spider-Man were very good for Sony. Switch only had Smash andFortnite (and Warframe) in the last 6 months.
Gosh, I swear, if I hear "play the way You want" one more time.
Ok, I guess Sunset Overdrive looks better than this. Between Saints Row, Just Cause 3 (or 4), ForzaHorizon, GTA... and Crackdown 3, why would anybody play THIS ? Seriously, MS !
The thing is: so many ressourcesare litterally wasted on these loooong games. Imagine a 150 mio dollar 2.5 hours movie and two third of the audiences walk out after an hour. A colossal failure. But then, the game has been sold and made its money back. So why care.
Erm, what does this say about the flagship, Gran Turismo ?
Almost two years old now. No achievements, no miiverse replacement, mediocre multiplayer, loads of ports and obscure indie games...yay, You can carry it around !
Valve made the indie game game viable, lets not forget that. The interesting thing now is: moving away from hardware, the same pattern of having exclusives will distinguish online platforms now.
Exactly, right ?
