That's a given, I never realized the full extent of that until just now when reflecting on how many games are going to be released throughout 2010.

Lets just hope games actually sell this time around and don't pull another 2009 where a majority of games tanked.

2010 is set to be epic, I wonder if it can overtake 2007 for best year for gaming this generation. So far, it definitely looks like it, the first half of the year alone is packed with great games!

This is awesome! Been playing a ton of Conan after picking it up for $1 (database error at The Source meant I could get it for $1.01 after taxes!). Conan is a great game for anyone wanting a mature alternative to World of Warcraft.

It's ridiculous to think that the 2 GTA IV expansion packs would have been included on the disc if it weren't for the 360 DVD, that is A LOT of AAA caliber content and no publisher would pass up the opportunity to make money on it especially when one of the biggest entertainment releases was on the horizon.

The 360 DVD and the PS3 RAM issues were what Rockstar complained about during development, if the game(s) were exclusive on either platform the issues wouldn't be a problem.

In theory the PC should be the ultimate platform for them to realize their vision but the port turned out pretty bad.

3D Realms ISN'T dead, they just suffered massive layoffs, they still have a staff of two or three people left that manage the IP's and such.

Hence they shouldn't be included on this list, the writer even mentions the non closure!

Halo Wars is a great game, I don't understand all the hate towards it, one of the best RTS titles on console and even better than some PC ones as well. Halo Wars is also $40 new now at most places so it's a great deal. Holds a 82 on MC as well,

Too Human was ok but by no means a $60 game, it's at $20 at most places now so for that price it isn't so ...

Your GFWL account will work across multiple services, Zune, Hotmail, Xbox Live, etc. Some websites even accept "Hotmail ID" as a means to log into their sites if you don't want to create a account.

Funny how before Trophies Greg Miller on podcasts such as Beyond would claim Achievements were his deciding factor for multiplatform titles.

Miller is a hypocrite and fanboy, I don't mind the article, just the presentation. You could have wrote the same thing without sounding like such a huge fanboy about things, in the end it only hurts IGN since not everyone realizes these are the opinions of writers and not IGN as a whole.

Shame such things still happen.

What does Gamespot have to do with a IGN review? The Saboteur did have some hype behind it, mostly for the art style.

Maybe the game is just mediocre?

Sucks this Pandemic game also suffers from the post buyout Pandemic curse where their games just stop short of achieving the 8s, 9s, etc. Early hunch says this could be mixed overall.

Games for Windows Live has only been around since 2007 and originally didn't start out as a Steam, Direct2Drive, etc competitor. It was in its most basic form Xbox Live for Windows, more of a competitor to Gamespy which until recently was also a multiplayer only thing. GFWL is a bit different in that it also provides development help and such.

But I agree, it took too long for this to happen, even worse, Microsoft has a great back catalog of PC titles that would go great on a ...

Not convinced by The Saboteur yet, I just hope reviewers don't get too sentimental about the Pandemic closure when doing their reviews.

Relax guys, this is just Patcher talking, according to him, shouldn't XBL be $100 by now.

Uhh, Perfect Dark IS getting an HD remake that should be released this year.

That looks pretty cool, it showcases the Unreal Engine pretty well.

World at War sold over 11 million units in less than a year, it seems like people just want a good game. :p
