It actually didn't beat gta v which had a billion dollar opening. It just released a couple days earlier making it not part of a global weekend launch.

Wasn't it even 15hz at some point during the Beta. I think people were already complaining and they gradually increased it. I don't understand why they toned it down again since tickrate is quite important in MP shooters.
EDIT: I looked it up and in the beta it was a dynamic variable. So was different in most games going as low as 10hz and on average around 20.
They're expanding and will have quite a lot of employees so working on 2 games simultaneous seems a given.
Probably many are money bots, but still a huge group of really cheaters with texture hacks, aim bots, scripts etc.
Well knowing that in the the first month uncharted 4 sold around 280k only in the UK that means Spider man is at 410k physical copies by now. And including digital around 600k.
And if these ratios apply worldwide and are similar, which I believe is the case since the launch week was also 50% more than uncharted 4 than by global sales are around 4.2m physical copies and 6.3m including digital.

Telltale had other issues. Getting expensive licenses to work on multiple projects simultaneous, thus needing bigger teams while having diminishing returns on the same formula. Micro transactions would have probably caused them to go bankrupt faster due to earlier diminishing returns.

You can pre order if you want but looking at the track record it's best to read if there are not any game breaking bugs. Sometimes these things are barely mentioned
I don't think anyone really needs more convincing for the remaining games in the 2019 slate. The last of us 2, death stranding and tsushima all wowed us in some way so besides a few release date trailers there is nothing really needed. Better use e3 2019 to showcase the future.

Including digital with a ratio higher than 50% it's at at least 370k. The game is still low on stock so a ratio of 60% of retail is more likely so its closer to 400k.
Fortnite on ps4 just became the beste place to play cross play. They have written that in the blog and will of course use this to their advantage.

It is a silly argument but it you paid for a historical accurate game then no agenda has to be pushed to revise this part of history. Or give people the option to get a refund because it's not the game they bought due to the updates or a way to use an older version.
Many total war games are intended to relive the history that happened with the narrative progressing based on how you play. Not to play a changed history. My female generals are amazing in warhammer 2 total ...
